NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT OF TOWN PLANNING SCHEME IN TERMS OF
                SECTION 56(1)(b)(i) OF THE TOWN PLANNING AND TOWNSHIPS ORDINANCE, 1986 (ORDINANCE
                15 OF 1986)

RUSTENBURG AMENDMENT SCHEME 1795

I, Petrus Christiaan Cornelius de Jager, of the firm Towncomp CC 1995/024157/23, being the
                authorised agent of the owner of the Remainder of Portion 9 (a portion of portion 2) of the farm Rietvly
                271, Registration division JQ, Province North West, hereby give notice in terms of Section 56(1)(b)(i) of
                the Town Planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986, that  I have applied to the Rustenburg Local
                Municipality for the amendment of the Town Planning Scheme known as Rustenburg Land Use
                Management Scheme, 2005 by the rezoning of the property described above, situated approximately
                6.2km North West from the Rustenburg CBD on the Donkerhoek road D287, from "Special" as per
                Annexure 260 of the Rustenburg Land Use Management Scheme 2005 to "Special" as per Annexure
                1474.
                  Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the
                Director Planning and Development, Room 319, Missionary Mpheni House, cor. Beyers Naude and
                Nelson Mandela Drives, Rustenburg for a period of 29 days from 16 September 2014.
                  Objections to or representations in respect of the application must be lodged with or made in writing to
                the Director Planning and Development at the above address or at P 0 Box 16, Rustenburg, 0300 within
                a period of 29 days from 16 September 2014.

Ek, Petrus Christiaan Cornelius de Jager, van die firma Towncomp BK 1995/024157/23, synde die
               gemagtigde agent van die eienaar van die Resterende Gedeelte van Gedeelte 9 ('n Gedeelte van
               Gedeelte 2) van die plaas Rietvly 271, Registrasie Afdeling JQ, Provinsie Noordwes, gee hiermee
               ingevolge Artikel 56(1)(b)(i) van die Ordonnansie op Dorpsbeplanning en Dorpe, 1986, kennis dat ek by
               Rustenburg Plaaslike Munisipaliteit aansoek gedoen het om die wysiging van die Dorpsbeplanningskema
               bekend as Rustenburg Land Use Management Scheme, 2005 deur die hersonering van die eiendom
               hierbo beskryf, gelee ongeveer 6.2km vanaf die Rustenburg SSG op die Donkerhoek pad D287, vanaf
               "Spesiaal" soos per Bylae 260 van die Rustenburg Land Use Management Scheme 2005 na "Spesiaal"
               soos per Bylae 1474.
                  Besonderhede van die aansoek le ter insae gedurende gewone kantoorure by die kantoor van die
               Direkteur Beplanning en Ontwikkeling, Kamer 319, Missionary Mpheni House. H/v Beyers Naude- en
               Nelson Mandela Rylaan, Rustenburg vir 'n tydperk van 29 dae vanaf 16 September 2014.
                  Besware teen of vertoe ten opsigte van die aansoek moet binne 'n tydperk van 29 dae vanaf 16
               September 2014 skriftelik by of tot die Direkteur Beplanning en Ontwikkeling by bovermelde adres of by
               Posbus 16, Rustenburg, 0300 ingedien of gerig word.
