RUSTENBURG LOCAL MUNICIPALITY
                     APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT OF RUSTENBURG LAND USE MANAGEMENT SCHEME, 2005
                                                AMENDMENT SCHEME 1152
            It is hereby notified in terms of Section 57(1) of the Town Planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance 15 of
            1986), that the Rustenburg Local Municipality has approved the amendment of the Rustenburg Land Use Management
            Scheme, 2005, by the rezoning of Portion 2 (a portion of Portion 1) of Erf 1202 Rustenburg, from "Special" for the
            purposes Residential 1, offices and medical consulting rooms, to "Business 1".

Map 3 and the scheme clauses of the amendment scheme are filed with the Municipal Manager, Rustenburg Local
            Municipality. Municipal Offices, Rustenburg and the Chief: Town and Regional Planner, Sub-Directorate: Spatial
            Planning and Land Use Management, Department of Local Government and Traditional Affairs, Mmabatho and are
            open for inspection at all reasonable times.

This amendment is known as Amendment Scheme 1152, subject to Annexure 1431, and shall come into operation on
            the date of publication of this notice.

            Hierby word ooreenkomstig die bepalings van Artikel 57(1) van die Ordonnansie op Dorpsbeplanning en Dorpe, 1986
            (Ordonnansie 15 van 1986), bekend gemaak dat die Rustenburg Plaaslike Munisipaliteit goedgekeur het dat die
            Rustenburg Land Use Management Scheme, 2005, gewysig word deur die hersonering van Gedeelte 2 ('n gedeelte
            van Gedeelte 1) van Erf 1202, Rustenburg, vanaf "Spesiaal" vir die doeleindes Residensieel 1, kantore en mediese
            spreekkamers. na "Besigheid 1".
            Kaart 3 en die skemaklousules van die wysigingskema word in bewaring gehou deur die Munisipale Bestuurder,
            Rustenburg Plaaslike Munisipaliteit. Munisipale Kantore, Rustenburg en die Hoof: Stads- en Streekbeplanner, Sub-
            Direktoraat: Ruimtelike Beplanning en Grondgebruiksbestuur, Department Plaaslike Regering en Tradisionele Sake,
            Mmabatho vir inspeksie to alle redelike tye.

Hierdie wysiging staan bekend as Wysigingskema 1152, beperk tot Bylae 1431, en tree in werking op datum van
            publikasie van hierdie kennisgewing.
