KENNISGEWING VAN ONTWERPSKEMA 2003: HERSONERING VAN GEDEELTE 6 VAN ERF 436,
                DEPPESTRAAT 122, DASSIERAND
                Die Tlokwe Stadsraad gee hiermee ingevolge artikel 28(1)(a) van die Ordonnansie op Dorpsbeplanning
                en Dorpe, 1986 (Ordonnansie 15 van 1986) kennis dat 'n ontwerpdorpsbeplanningskema, bekend to
                staan as Wysigingskema 2003, deur die Stadsraad opgestel is.

Hierdie skema is 'n wysigingskema en bevat die volgende voorstelle:
                Die hersonering van Gedeelte 6 van Erf 436, Deppestraat 122, Dassierand vanaf "Residensieel 1" na
                "Residensieel  3"  met  Bylae  1564  vir  'n  hoogte  van  slegs  een  verdieping  en  'n
                vloeroppervlakteverhouding van 0,4. Die erf is 828m2 groot en sal na hersonering gekonsolideer word
                met die aangrensende Erf 30, Michael Heynsstraat 49, Dassierand, wat reeds "Residensieel 3"
                gesoneer is met Bylae 1334 vir 'n hoogte van net een verdieping en 'n vloeroppervlakteverhouding van
                0,4.
                Na hersonering sal wooneenhede met 'n totale bruikbare vloeroppervlakte van 331 vierkante meter op
                genoemde Gedeelte 6 opgerig mag word.
                Die volgende erwe kan moontlik deur die hersonering geraak word:

Erf 27, Michael Heynsstraat 55, Dassierand
                Erf 29, Michael Heynsstraat 51, Dassierand
                Gedeelte 1 van Erf 417, Deppestraat 120, Dassierand
                Die ontwerpskema le ter insae gedurende gewone kantoorure by die kantoor van die Bestuurder
                Behuising en Beplanning, Kamer 210, Dan Tloome Kompleks, hoek van     Sol Plaatjielaan en
                Wolmaransstraat, Potchefstroom, vir 'n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 29 April 2014 tot 27 Mei 2014.
                Besware teen of vertoe ten opsigte van die Skema moet binne 'n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 29 April
                2014, dit wil se voor of op 27 Mei 2014, skriftelik by of tot die Waarnemende Munisipale Bestuurder by
                bogenoemde adres of by Posbus 113, Potchefstroom, ingedien of gerig word.

                   NOTICE OF DRAFT SCHEME 2003: REZONING OF PORTION 6 OF ERF 436, 122 DEPPE STREET,
                   DASSIERAND
                   The Tlokwe City Council hereby gives notice in terms of Section 28(1)(a) of the Town Planning and
                   Townships Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance 15 of 1986) that a draft town planning scheme, to be known as
                   Amendment Scheme 2003, has been prepared by it.

The scheme is an amendment scheme and contains the following proposals:

The rezoning of Portion 6 of Erf 436, 122 Deppe Street, Dassierand, from "Residential 1" to "Residential
                   3" with Annexure 1564 for a height of a single storey only and a floor area ratio of 0,4. The size of the
                   erf is 828m2 and shall after rezoning be consolidated with the adjacent Erf 30, 49 Michael Heyns Steet,
                   Dassierand which has been rezoned already to "Residential 3" with Annexure 1334 for a height of a
                   single storey only and a floor area ratio of 0,4.

Dwelling units with a total usable floor area of 331 square metres could after rezoning be erected on the
                   said Portion 6.

The following erven may possibly be affected by the rezoning:

Erf 27, 55 Michael Heyns Street, Dassierand
