NOTICE
                                      APPLICATION FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF TOWNSHIP
              The Rustenburg Local Municipality, hereby gives notice in terms of section 69(6)(a) of the Town Planning and
              Townships Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance 15 of 1986), that an application for Township Establishment for the township
              referred to in the annexure hereto, has been received by it.
              Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Director Planning and
              Human Settelment, Room 305, Missionary Mpheni House, cnr. of Beyers Naude and Nelson Mandela Drives,
              Rustenburg for a period of 28 days from 12 May 2015.
              Objections to or representations in respect of the application must be lodged with or made in writing and in duplicate to
              the Municipal Manager, at the above-mentioned address or at P.O. Box 16, Rustenburg, 0300 within a period of 28 days
              from 12 May 2015.

                                               5 km south-east of the Rustenburg CBD, situated on Second Avenue
                                               opposite Sable Park, slightly behind the Midas Centre.

              Die  Rustenburg Plaaslike Munisipaliteit gee hiermee ingevolge  artikel  69  (6)(a)  van  die Ordonnansie op
              Dorpsbeplanning en Dorpe, 1986 (Ordonnansie 15 van 1986), kennis dat 'n aansoek om die dorp in die bylae hieronder
              genoem, to stig deur hom ontvang is.
              Besonderhede van die aansoek le ter insae gedurende kantoorure by die kantoor van die Direkteur Beplanning en
              Menslike Vestiging, Kamer 305, Missionary Mpheni House, h/v Nelson Mandela and Beyers Naude Rylane, Rustenburg
              vir 'n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 12 Mei 2015.
              Besware teen of vertoe ten opsigte van die aansoek moet binne 'n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 12 Mei 2015 skriftelik en in
              tweevoud by die Munsipale Bestuurder, by bovermelde adres of by Posbus 16, Rustenburg, 0300 ingedien of gerig
              word.
