                  Notice is hereby given in terms of the provisions of Section 57(1) of the Town Planning and Townships
                  Ordinance, 1986, that the Rustenburg Local Municipality has approved the amendment of the Rustenburg
                  Land Use Management Scheme, 2005, by the rezoning of the under mentioned properties from their
                  present zonings to the new zonings, as indicated below, subject to certain conditions:
