              Ek, Gerrit Rudolph Johannes Oelofse, synde die gemagtigde agent van die eienaar van Erf 834, Springs, gee ingevolge
          artikel 56 (1) (b) (i) van die Ordonnansie op Dorpsbeplanning en Dorpe, 1986, kennis dat ek by die Springs
          Administratieweenheid van die Ekurhuleni Metropolitaanseraad aansoek gedoen het om die wysiging van die dorps-
          beplanningskema bekend as, Springs Dorpsbeplanningskema, 1996, deur die hersonering van die eiendom hierbo beskryf
          geleë te Sewendestraat 100, Springs, van “Besigheid 3” tot “Besigheid 3”, met ’n bylaag om die eiendom te gebruik vir ’n winkel.
              Besonderhede van die aansoek lê ter insae gedurende gewone kantoorure by die kantoor van die Area Bestuurder:
          (Ontwikkelingsbeplanning), Kamer 405, Blok-F, Burgersentrum, Springs, vir ’n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 4 Junie 2014.
              Besware teen of vertoë ten opsigte van die aansoek moet binne ’n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 4 Junie 2014 skriftelik by of

              I, Francòis du Plooy, being the authorised agent of the owner of Erf 99, New Redruth Township, give notice in terms of
          section 56 of the Town-planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986, that I have applied to Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality
          (Alberton Customer Care Centre) for the amendment of the town-planning scheme known as the Alberton Town Planning
          Scheme, 1979, by rezoning the property described above, situated at 36 Telawarren Street, New Redruth, from Residential 1
          to Residential 1, for three (3) dwellings as well as to relax the building lines along Truro Road and Telawarren Street, subject to
          certain conditions.
              Particulars of the application will lie open for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Area Manager:
          Department: City Planning, Level 11, Alberton Customer Care Centre, Alwyn Taljaard Avenue, Alberton, for the period of 28 days
          from 4 June 2014.

          Munisipaliteit (Alberton Kliëntediens-Sentrum) aansoek gedoen het om die wysiging van die dorpsbeplanningskema bekend as,
          die Alberton Dorpsbeplanningskema, 1979, deur die hersonering van die eiendom hierbo beskryf, geleë te Telawarrenstraat 36,
          New Redruth, van Residensieel 1 na Residensieel 1, vir drie (3) woonhuise sowel as om die boulyne langs Truroweg en
          Telawarrenstraat te verslap, onderhewig aan sekere voorwaardes.
