NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT OF TOWN PLANNING SCHEME IN TERMS OF SECTION
            56(1)(b)(i) OF THE TOWN PLANNING AND TOWNSHIPS ORDINANCE, 1986 (ORDINANCE 15 OF 1986)
                      RUSTENBURG LAND USE MANAGEMENT SCHEME, 2005 - AMENDMENT SCHEME 1153

Maxim Planning Solutions (Pty) Ltd (2002/017393/07) being the authorised agent of the owner of Portion 2 of Erf
            1217, Rustenburg, currently zoned "Special" and situated at 201 Beyers Naude Drive,  Rustenburg, hereby gives
            notice in terms of Section 56(1)(b)(i) of the Town Planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance 15 of 1986),
            that we have applied to the Rustenburg Local Municipality for the amendment of the Town Planning Scheme known as
            Rustenburg Land Use Management Scheme, 2005 by the rezoning of the property described above, from "Special" for
            the purposes of offices and Residential 1 to "Special" for the purposes of offices, medical consulting rooms and a hair
            and beauty salon.
            Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Director Planning and
            Human Settlement, Rustenburg Local Municipality, Room 319, Missionary Mpheni House, corner of Beyers Naude-
            and Nelson Mandela Drive, Rustenburg for the period of 28 days from 04 March 2014.

Objections to or representations in respect of the application must be lodged with or made in writing to the Municipal
            Manager at the above address or at P.O. Box 16, Rustenburg, 0300 within a period of 28 days from 04 March 2014.

Maxim Planning Solutions (Edms) Bpk (2002/017393/07) synde die gemagtigde agent van die eienaar van Gedeelte 2
            van Erf 1217, Rustenburg, tans gesoneer "Spesiaal" en gelee to Beyers Naude Rylaan 201, Rustenburg, gee hiermee
            ingevolge Artikel 56(1)(b)(i) van die Ordonnansie op Dorpsbeplanning en Dorpe, 1986 (Ordonnansie 15 van 1986),
            kennis dat ons by die Rustenburg  Plaaslike Munisipaliteit aansoek gedoen het om die wysiging  van die
            Dorpsbeplanningskema bekend as Rustenburg Land Use Management Scheme, 2005 deur die hersonering van die
            eiendom hierbo beskryf, vanaf "Spesiaal" vir die doeleindes van kantore en Residensieel  1 na "Spesiaal" vir die
            doeleindes van kantore, mediese spreekkamers en 'n haar- en skoonheidsalon.

Besonderhede van die aansoek le ter insae gedurende gewone kantoorure by die kantoor van die Direkteur
            Beplanning en Menslike Ontwikkeling, Rustenburg Plaaslike Munisipalitiet, Kamer 319, Missionary Mpheni House,
            hoek van Beyers Naude- en Nelson Mandelarylaan, Rustenburg vir 'n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 04 Maart 2014.

Besware teen of vertoe ten opsigte van die aansoek moet binne 'n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 04 Maart 2014 skriftelik
            by of tot die Munisipale Bestuurder by bovermelde adres of by Posbus 16, Rustenburg, 0300 ingedien of gerig word.
