Hiermee word bekend gemaak dat ingevolge die bepalings van artikel 3(1) van die Wet op Opheffing van
             Beperkings,  1967  (Wet  No.  84  of  1967)  aansoek  gedoen  is  deur  Platinum Town  and Regional  Planners,
             Madibeng, vir die opheffing van voorwaarde (b) soos vervat in die Akte van Transport T 91455/05.

Die aansoek en die betrokke dokumentasie is ter insae by die kantoor van die Adjunk Direkteur: Ruimtelike
             Beplanning, Plaaslike Regering en  Menslike Vestiging,  Kantoor 728,  1ste Vloer, Westelike Vleuel,  Garona
             Gebou,  Universiteitsweg,  Mahikeng, en in die kantoor van die Munisipale Bestuurder,  Madibeng  Plaaslike
             Munisipaliteit vir ‘n tydperk van 30 dae vanaf 19 Januarie 2016.

Besware teen die aansoek kan skriftelik by Adjunk Direkteur: Ruimtelike Beplanning, Plaaslike Regering en

             18 Februarie 2016 ingedien word en moet die kantoor nie later as 14:00 op genoemde datum bereik nie.

RUSTENBURG AMENDMENT SCHEME 1261, 1368 AND 1391
             Notice is hereby given in terms of the provisions of section 57 (1) (a) of the Town-planning and Township
             Ordinance,  1986,  that  the  Rustenburg  Local  Municipality  has  approved  the  amendment  of  the  Rustenburg
             Land Use  Management Scheme, 2005, by the rezoning of the under mentioned property  from  its  present
             zoning to the new zoning, as indicated below, subject to certain conditions:

             reasonable times. This amendments are known as Rustenburg Amendment Scheme 1261, 1368 and 1391
             and shall come into operation on the date of the publication hereof.
