NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT OF TOWN-PLANNING SCHEME IN TERMS OF
                       SECTION 56(1)(b)(i) OF THE TOWN-PLANNING AND TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE, 1986
                                                 (ORDINANCE 15 OF 1986)

                  I, Joze Maleta, being the authorized agent of the owner of Erf 26, of the township Wilkoppies, hereby
                  give notice in terms of Section 56(1)(b)(i) of the Town-Planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986, that
                  I have applied to the City of Matlosana for the amendment of the Town-Planning Scheme known as
                  the Klerksdorp Land Use Management Scheme 2005, as amended, by the rezoning of Erf 26 in extent
                  2379m2 of the township Wilkoppies, Klerksdorp, situated at 50 Chris Hani Road (Jan Van Riebeeck
                  Road), Wilkoppies, Klerksdorp, from "Special" for the purposes of an electronic workshop, a dance
                  studio/school and related uses with the special consent of the Local Authority to "Residential 2" for
                  ten dwelling units.

Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the Records Division,
                  Basement, Civic Centre, Bram Fisher Street, Klerksdorp for the period of 28 days from
                  4 March 2014.
                  Objections to or representations in respect of the application must be lodged with or made in writing to
                  the Municipal Manager, City of Matlosana, at the above address or at P.O. Box 99, Klerksdorp, 2570,
                  within a period of 28 days from 4 March 2014.

Ek, Joze Ma leta, synde die gemagtigde agent van die eienaar van Erf 26 van die dorp Wilkoppies,
                gee hiermee ingevolge Artikel 56(1)(b)(i) van die Ordonnansie op Dorpsbeplanning en Dorpe, 1986,
                kennis  dat ek by die  City  of Matlosana aansoek gedoen het om die wysiging van die
                Dorpsbeplanningskema bekend as Klerksdorp Land Use Management Scheme 2005, soos gewysig,
                deur die hersonering van Erf 26 groot 2379m2 van die dorp Wilkoppies, Klerksdorp, gelee to 50 Chris
                Hani Weg (Jan Van Riebeeckweg), Wilkoppies, Klerksdorp, van "Spesiaal" vir doeleindes van 'n
                elektriese werkswinkel, 'n dans studio/skool en verwante gebruike met die spesiale toestemming van
                die Plaaslike Owerheid na "Residensieel 2" vir tien wooneenhede.

Besonderhede van die aansoek re ter insae gedurende gewone kantoorure by die Rekords Afdeling,
                Kelderverdieping, Burgersentrum, Bram Fisherstraat, Klerksdorp, vir 'n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf
                4 Maart 2014.
                Besware teen of vertoe ten opsigte van die aansoek moet binne 'n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf
                4 Maart 2014, skriftelik by of tot die Munisipale Bestuurder, City of Matlosana, by bovermelde adres of
                by Posbus 99, Klerksdorp, 2570, ingedien of gerig word.
