                NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT OF TOWN PLANNING SCHEME IN TERMS OF
                SECTION 56(1)(b)(ii) OF THE TOWN PLANNING AND TOWNSHIPS ORDINANCE, 1986 (ORDINANCE
                15 OF 1986) AMENDMENT SCHEME NO. 448
                We Lombard Du Preez Professionele Landmeters (Edms) Bpk, being the authorized agent of the owner of
                Portion 160 of the farm Hartbeestpoort 482-JQ, hereby give notice in terms of Section 56(1)(b)(ii) of the
                Town Planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986, that we have applied to the Local Municipality of
                Madibeng for the amendment of the Town Planning Scheme known as the Hartbeespoort Town Planning
                Scheme, 1993, for the rezoning of the property described above, situated 500m north west of the traffic
                light at the entrance to the Village Mall, from "Agriculture" to "Special for a road house, restaurant, pool bar
                with live entertainment, entertainment area (outdoors), shops for the purpose of a home decor and
                furniture shop, warehouse and a nursery". Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during
                normal office hours at the Municipal Offices, Van Velden Street, Brits, for a period of 28 days from 29
                April 2014. Objections to or representations in respect of the application must be lodged with or made in
                writing to the Municipal Manager, at the above address or at PO Box 106 Brits, 0250, within a period of 28

                 Ons, Lombard Du Preez Professionele Landmeters (Edms) Bpk, synde die gemagtigde agent van die
                eienaar van Gedeelte 160 van die plaas Hartbeestpoort 482-JQ, gee hiermee ingevolge Artikel 56(1)(b)(ii)
                van die Ordonnansie op Dorpsbeplanning en Dorpe, 1986, kennis dat ons by die Plaaslike Munisipaliteit
                van Madibeng aansoek gedoen het om die wysiging van die dorpsbeplanningskema bekend as die
                 Hartbeespoort Dorpsbeplanningskema, 1993, vir die hersonering van die eiendom hierbo beskryf, gelee
                500m noord-wes van die verkeerslig by die ingang na die Village Mall, vanaf "Landbou" Na "Spesiaal vir
                 padkafee, restaurant, potspelkroeg met lewendige vermaaklikheid, vermaaklikheidsarea (buite), winkels
                vir die doel van huis dekor en meubelwinkel, pakhuis en kwekery" Besonderhede van die aansoek le ter
                 insae gedurende gewone kantoorure by die Munisipale Kantore, Van Veldenstraat, Brits, vir 'n tydperk van
                28 dae vanaf 29 April 2014. Besware of vertoe ten opsigte van die aansoek moet binne 'n tydperk van 28
