                                                  AMENDMENT SCHEME
              We, Rob Fowler & Associates (Consulting  Town & Regional Planners), being the authorised agents of the owners of
          Remainder of Erf 152 and Remainder of Erf 153, Morningside Extension 39, hereby give notice in terms of section 56 (1) (b) (i)
          of the Town-planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986, that we have applied to the City of Johannesburg for the amendment of
          the town-planning scheme known as the Sandton Town-planning Scheme, 1980, by the rezoning of the properties described
          above, situated on Rivonia Road, between Marion and Grayston Roads, from “Special”, for offices and medical suites, subject
          to the conditions, to “Special”, for office and medical suites and for a 230 seat conference centre, a fitness gymnasium for
          40 persons, a canteen for own employees/staff and a provision that the existing cladding above the office tower may be deemed
          to be an additional storey, if required.
              All relevant documents relating to the application will be open for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the
          said authorised Local Authority, at Executive Director: Development Planning and Urban Management, Room 8100, 8th Floor,
          A-Block, Metropolitan Centre, 158 Loveday Street, Braamfontein, for the period of 28 days from 4 June 2014 (the date of first
          publication of this notice).
              Objections to or representations in respect of the application must be lodged with or made in writing to the Executive
          Director: Development Planning and Urban Management, at the above address or at P.O. Box 30733, Braamfontein, 2017,
          within a period of 28 days from 4 June 2014.

              Ons, Rob Fowler & Medewerkers (Raadgewende Stads- en Streekbeplanners), synde die gemagtigde agente van die
          eienaars van Restant van Erf 152 en Restant van Erf 153, Morningside Uitbreiding 39, gee hiermee kennis ingevolge artikel
          56 (1) (b) (i) van die Ordonnansie op Dorpsbeplanning en Dorpe, 1986, dat ons by die Stadsraad van Johannesburg aansoek
          gedoen het vir die wysiging van die Sandton Dorpsbeplanningskema, 1980, deur die hersonering van die eiendomme hierbo
          genoem geleë aan Rivoniaweg, tussen Grayston- en Marionweg, vanaf “Spesiaal”, vir kantore en mediesekamers,
          onderworpe aan sekere voorwaardes, tot “Spesiaal”, vir kantore en mediesekamers en vir ’n konferensiesentrum met 230
          sitplekke, ’n gesondsheids gymnasium vir 40 persone, ’n kantien vir eie werkers en personeel, en ’n voorwaarde dat die
          bestaande bedekking bo die kantoorblok as ’n addisionele vloer beskou kan word, indien nodig.
              Besonderhede van die aansoek lê ter insae gedurende gewone kantoorure by die kantoor van die Uitvoerende Direkteur:

              I, Gerrit Rudolph Johannes Oelofse, being the authorised agent of the owner of Erf 834, Springs, hereby give notice in
          terms of section 56 (1) (b) (i) of the  Town-planning and  Townships Ordinance, 1986, that I have applied to the Springs
          Administrative Unit of the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Council, for the amendment of the town-planning scheme known as, Springs
          Town-planning Scheme, 1996, by the rezoning of the property described above, situated at 100 Seventh Street, Springs, from
          “Business 3” to “Business 3”, with an annexure in order to allow the use of a shop on the property.
