8 No. 372 PROVINCIAL GAZETTE, 24 DECEMBER 2014 GENERAL NOTICES NOTICE 4070 OF 2014 AMENDMENT SCHEME I, Joseph Makhida Mantshi, being the authorised agent of the owner of 781 Ayton Street, Sunnyside, hereby give notice in terms of section 56 (1) (b) (i) of the Town-planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance 15 of 1986), that I have applied to the City of Tshwane for the amendment of the relevant Scheme 2008 in operation by the rezoning of the property described above, situated at Sunnyside, from “Special Use” to “Place of Instruction”.
