NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT OF TOWNSHIP.

Mbombela Local Municipality herewith gives notice in terms of Section 100, read with Section 89, of the
                Town-Planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance 15 of 1986) that an application for the
                amendment of approved township White River Extension 69 has been reveived from Woza Nawe
                Development Planners.

The proposed amendment to the township entails an amendment to the approved land use rights, from
               "Residential 1", Residential 3" and "Special" to "Special" for a retirement village, frail care centre and
                ancillary uses, including marginal amendments to the township layout plan.

Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the
                Municipal Manager, Mbombela Municipality, Civic Centre, Nel Street, Nelspruit for a period of 28 days
                from 29 May 2015.

Objections to or representations in respect of the application must be lodged with or made in writing to the
                Municipal Manager at the above address or at P.O. Box 45, Nelspruit, 1200 within a period of 28 days from
                29 May 2015.

KENNISGEWING VAN AANSOEK OM WYSIGING VAN DORP

Mbombela Plaaslike Munisipaliteit gee hiermee kennis ingevolge Atrikel 100, saamgelees met Artikel 89
                van die Ordonnansie op Dorpsbeplanning en Dorpe, 1986 (Ordonnansie 15 van 1986), dat aansoek deur
                Woza Nawe Development Planners ontvang is vir die wysiging van die dorp bekend as Witrivier
                Uitbreiding 69.

Die wysiging behels die wysiging van "Residensieël 1 ", "Residensieël 3" en "Spesiale" grondgebruiksregte
                na "Spesiaal" vir aftree -oord, versorgingsentrum vir bejaardes en aanverwante gebruike, asook gedeeltelike
                wysiging van die uitlegplan.

Die aansoek, tesame met die betrokke planne, dokumente en inligting lê ter insae gedurende gewone
                kantoorure by die kantoor van die Munisipale Bestuurder, Mbombela Munisipaliteit, Burgersentrum,
                Nelsstraat, Nelspruit vir `n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 29 Mei 2015.

Besware teen of vertoë ten opsigte van die aansoek moet binne `n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 29 Mei 2015
                skriftelik by die Munisipale Bestuurder by bovermelde adres of by Posbus 45, Nelspruit, 1200 ingedien of
                gerig word.
