AMENDMENT SCHEME 02-13386
              Notice is hereby given in terms of section 57 (1) (a) of the Town-planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance 15 of
          1986), as amended, that the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality has approved the amendment of the Sandton
          Town-planning Scheme, 1980, by the rezoning of Erf 50, Chislehurston, from “Business 4” to “Business 4”, subject to certain
          conditions as indicated in the approved application, which amendment scheme will be known as Amendment Scheme 02-13386.
              The amendment scheme is filed with the Executive Director: Development Planning, 158 Civic Boulevard, Metropolitan
          Centre, A Block, 8th Floor, Braamfontein, 2017, and is open for inspection at all reasonable times.
              Amendment Scheme 02-13386 will come into operation on the date of publication hereof.

          (Ordonnansie 15 van 1986), soos gewysig, dat die Stad van Johannesburg Metropolitaanse Munisipaliteit die wysiging van die
          Sandton Dorpsbeplanningskema, 1980, goedgekeur het deur die hersonering van Erf 50, Chislehurston, vanaf “Besigheid 4” na
          “Besigheid 4”, onderworpe aan sekere voorwaardes soos aangedui in die goedgekeurde aansoek, welke wysigingskema
          bekend sal staan as Wysigingskema 02-13386.

          1986), as amended, that the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality has approved the amendment of the Randburg
          Town-planning Scheme, 1976, by the rezoning of Erf 1120, Erf 1122, Portion 1 and the Remainder of Erf 1123, Ferndale, from
          “Special” and “Parking” to “Business 3”, subject to certain conditions as indicated in the approved application, which amendment
          scheme will be known as Amendment Scheme 04-10805.
              The amendment scheme is filed with the Executive Director: Development Planning, 158 Civic Boulevard, Metropolitan
          Centre, A Block, 8th Floor, Braamfontein, 2017, and is open for inspection at all reasonable times.
              Amendment Scheme 04-10805 will come into operation on the date of publication hereof.
