                                              AMENDMENT SCHEME 07-11898
              Notice is hereby given in terms of section 57 (1) (a) of the Town-planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance 15 of
          1986), as amended, that the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality has approved the amendment of the Halfway House
          and Clayville Town-planning Scheme, 1976, by the rezoning of Holding 56, Kyalami Agricultural Holdings, from “Agricultural” to
          “Agricultural” including a guest house, subject to certain conditions as indicated in the approved application, which amendment
          scheme will be known as Amendment Scheme 07-11898.
              The amendment scheme is filed with the Executive Director: Development Planning, 158 Civic Boulevard, Metropolitan
          Centre, A Block, 8th Floor, Braamfontein, 2017, and is open for inspection at all reasonable times.
              Amendment Scheme 07-11898 will come into operation on the date of publication hereof.

              Kennis word hiermee gegee ingevolge artikel 57 (1) (a) van die Ordonnansie op Dorpsbeplanning en Dorpe, 1986
          (Ordonnansie 15 van 1986), soos gewysig, dat die Stad van Johannesburg Metropolitaanse Munisipaliteit die wysiging van die
          Halfway House en Clayville-Dorpsbeplanningskema, 1976, goedgekeur het deur die hersonering van Hoewe 56, Kyalami
          Landbouhoewes, vanaf “Landbou” na “Landbou” insluitend ’n gastehuis, onderworpe aan sekere voorwaardes soos aangedui
          in die goedgekeurde aansoek, welke wysigingskema bekend sal staan as Wysigingskema 07-11898.
              Die wysigingskema word in bewaring gehou deur die Uitvoerende Direkteur: Ontwikkelingsbeplanning, Civic Boulevard
          158, Metropolitaanse Sentrum, A-Blok, 8ste Vloer, Braamfontein, 2017, en is beskikbaar vir inspeksie te alle redelike tye.
              Wysigingskema 07-11898 sal in werking tree op die datum van publikasie hiervan.

              Notice is hereby given in terms of section 57 (1) (a) of the Town-planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance 15 of
          1986), as amended, that the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality has approved the amendment of the Randburg
          Town-planning Scheme, 1976, by the rezoning of the Remaining Extent of Erf 18, Oerder Park, from “Special” to “Special”,
          subject to certain conditions as indicated in the approved application, which amendment scheme will be known as Amendment
          Scheme 04-12790.
              The amendment scheme is filed with the Executive Director: Development Planning, 158 Civic Boulevard, Metropolitan
          Centre, A Block, 8th Floor, Braamfontein, 2017, and is open for inspection at all reasonable times.
              Amendment Scheme 04-12790 will come into operation on the date of publication hereof.
