                                                    CITY OF TSHWANE
                                           TSHWANE AMENDMENT SCHEME 2696T
              It is hereby notified in terms of the provisions of section 57 (1) (a) of the Town-planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986
          (Ordinance No. 15 of 1986), that the City of  Tshwane has approved the application for the amendment of the  Tshwane
          Town-planning Scheme, 2008, being the rezoning of Erf 704, Erasmia, to Business 4, offices and/or one dwelling-house
          (excluding estate agents, medical consulting rooms and a veterinary clinic), with a density of one dwelling-unit, subject to
          certain further conditions.
              Map 3 and the scheme clauses of this amendment scheme are filed with the Head of the Department: Department of
          Economic Development, Gauteng Provincial Government and the Executive Director: City Planning and Development, City of
          Tshwane, and are open to inspection during normal office hours.
              This amendment is known as  Tshwane  Amendment Scheme 2696T and shall come into operation on the date of
          publication of this notice.

              Hierby word ingevolge die bepalings van artikel 57 (1) (a) van die Ordonnansie op Dorpsbeplanning en Dorpe, 1986
          (Ordonnansie No. 15 van 1986), bekend gemaak dat die Stad Tshwane die aansoek om die wysiging van die Tshwane-dorps-
          beplanningskema, 2008, goedgekeur het, synde die hersonering van Erf 704, Erasmia, tot Besigheid 4, kantore en/of een woon-
          huis (eiendomsagente, mediese spreekkamers en dierekliniek uitgesluit), met ’n digtheid van een wooneenheid, onderworpe
          aan sekere verdere voorwaardes.
              Kaart 3 en die skemaklousules van hierdie wysigingskema word deur die Hoof van die Departement: Departement van
          Ekonomiese Ontwikkeling, Gauteng Provinsiale  Administrasie en die Uitvoerende Direkteur: Stedelike Beplanning en
          Ontwikkeling, Stad Tshwane, in bewaring gehou en lê gedurende gewone kantoorure ter insae.
              Hierdie wysiging staan bekend as  Tshwane Wysigingskema 2696T en tree op die datum van publikasie van hierdie
          kennisgewing in werking.
