CITY OF TSHWANE METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY
              NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF TOWNSHIP: CLUBVIEW EXTENSION 114

The City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality hereby gives notice in terms of Section 69(6)(a) read in
              conjunction with Section 96(3) of the Town-planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance 15
              of 1986), that an application to establish the township referred to in the Annexure hereto, has been
              received by it.

Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of The
              Strategic Executive Director: City Planning and Development, Centurion Office: Room F8, Town-
              planning Office, do Basden and Rabie Streets, Centurion, for a period of 28 days from 4 June 2014 (the
              date of first publication of this notice).

Objections to or representations in respect of the application must be lodged with or made in writing
              and ,in duplicate to the Strategic Executive Director: City Planning and Development at the above
              mentioned address or at P.O. Box 3242, Pretoria, 0001, within a period of 28 days from 4 June 2014
