DECLARATION  THAT  THE  TOWNSHIP  OF  VAN  DER  HOFFPARK  EXTENSION  48,  HAS BEEN
                                                       ESTABLISHED

CORRECTION NOTICE

Local Authority Notice 223 promulgated in North West Provincial Gazette No 7710 of 22 November 2016
                (Local Notice 124/2016) is hereby corrected in terms of Section 80 of the Town Planning and Townships
                Ordinance, 15 of 1986, by the substitution for paragraphs 3.1.4, 4.1.1, 5.1.1, 5.1.2, 5.1.3, 5.3.1 and 5.4.3
                with the following:

3.1.4  En het gezegde resterend gedeelte van Gedeelte “E” is onderworpen aan een watervoor ten
                       faveure van gedeeltes 1, 2 en 3 van gezegde Gedeelte “E” of which the exact position of such
                       servitude, 281  square meters in extent  has been determined  by  virtue  of Notarial Deed  of
                       Servitude K6584/2016S with diagram S. G. 34/2016 attached thereto and effects erven 1811
                       and 1813 as indicated as servitude note 5 on the General Plan.

4.1.1  All erven

All erven with the exception of Erven 1812 and 1813 are subject to the following conditions:

5.1.1  Erven 1811
                       The use  zone of the erf is “Residential 3”  in  line  with  the  Potchefstroom  Town  Planning
                       Scheme 1980, with the following further development conditions that must be taken up in an
                       annexure:

5.1.2  Erf 1810

The use of the erf zone is “Agricultural” in line with the Potchefstroom Town Planning Scheme
                       1980.

5.1.3  Erven 1812 and 1813

The use zone of the erf is “Public Road”.

5.3.1  A line-of-no-access shall be applicable along Thabo Mbeki Drive that affects Erf 1811.

5.4.3   Erf  1810 is subject  to  a  flood  line  and must  comply with  the  specifications of the National
                        Water  Act,  1998 (Act  36  of 1998).  Any  development  of the erven shall be  overseen  by a
                        professional registered engineer and shall be for the owners own risk and therefore no claim
                        for flood damage shall be accepted by the City Council.
