LOCAL MUNICIPALITY OF TSWAING

DECLARATION OF DELAREYVILLE EXTENSION 8 AS APPROVED TOWNSHIP

In terms of section 103 (1) of the Town-planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance 15 of
                     1986),    the  Local  Municipality  of  Tswaing  hereby  declares  Delareyville  Extension  8  situated  on
                     Portion 100 of the farm Zoutpan of Bospan 203 IO, North West Province, to be an approved township,
                     subject to the conditions set out in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

1.   CONDITIONS OF ESTABLISHMENT

1.1  NAME

The name of the township shall be DELAREYVILLE EXTENSION 8.

1.2  LAYOUT / DESIGN

The township shall consist of erven and streets as indicated on the general plan GP SG No
                            2232/2010.

1.3  DISPOSAL OF EXISTING TITLE CONDITIONS

All erven shall be subject to existing conditions of title and servitudes, if any, including the
                            reservation  of  rights  to  minerals  (if  applicable)  in  accordance  with  and  as  proven  by  a
                            surveyor’s certificate.

1.4  REFUSE REMOVAL

The  TSWAING  LOCAL  MUNICIPALITY  undertakes  to  establish  a  refuse  removal  service
                            from date of occupation of the erven in accordance with its regulations.

2.   CONDITIONS TO BE COMPLIED WITH PRIOR TO THE REGISTRATION OF THE ERVEN IN
                        THE TOWNSHIP

2.1  PROVISION AND INSTALLATION OF INTERNAL SERVICES

2.1.1   The  township  establisher  must  make  the  necessary  arrangements  with  regard  to  the
                               internal  services  in  relation  to  the  provision  and  installation  of  water,  electricity  and
                               sanitation  services  as  well  as  the  building  of  streets  and  storm  water  drainage  in  the
                               town.

2.1.2   The  township  establisher  shall  install  and  provide  internal  engineering  services  in  the
                               township.

3.   TITLE CONDITIONS

3.1  ALL ERVEN

All erven are subject to the following conditions:

3.1.1   The  erf  is  subject  to  a  servitude  2  metres  wide,  in  favour  of  the  Tswaing  Local
                               Municipality, for sewerage and other municipal purposes, along any one of boundaries
                               other than a street boundary and in the case of a panhandle erf, an additional servitude
                               of  2  metres  wide  across  the  access  portion  of  the  erf,  if  and  when  required  by  the
                               TSWAING  Local  Municipality  may  relax  or  grant  exemption  from  the  required
                               servitudes.
