NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE AMENDMENT OF THE TOWN PLANNING SCHEME IN TERMS OF SECTION 56
                   (1)(b)(i) OF THE TOWN PLANNING AND TOWNSHIPS ORDINANCE, 1986, (ORDINANCE 15 OF 1986)
                                        DITSOBOTLA AMENDMENT SCHEME 133
           We, L. H. and K. J. Morwe, the owners of the Remaining Extent of Erf 1000, Lichtenburg, hereby give notice in terms of
           Section 56(1)(b)(i) of the Town Planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986, that we have applied to the Ditsobotla Local
            Municipality for the amendment of the town planning scheme known as Ditsobotla Town Planning Scheme 2007, by the
            rezoning of the property described above, situated at 99 Fourteenth Avenue, Lichtenburg, from "Residential 1" to
           "Residential 2", for the development of Dwelling Units. Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office
            hours at the office of the Municipal Manager, Room 4, Civic Centre, c/o Dr Nelson Mandela Drive and Transvaal Street,
            Lichtenburg, Tel. No. (018) 633 3800, from 4 February 2013. Objections to or representations in respect of the application
            must be lodged with or made in writing to the Municipal Manager at the above address or at P.O. Box 7, Lichtenburg, 2740,
           within a period of 28 days from 4 February 2014.

           Ons, L. H. en K. J. Morwe, die eienaars van die Restand Gedeelte van Erf 1000, Lichtenburg, gee hiermee ingevolge artikel
           56(1)(b)(i) van die Ordonnansie op Dorpsbeplanning en Dorpe, 1986, kennis dat ons by die Ditsobotla Plaaslike
           Munisipaliteit aansoek gedoen het om die wysiging van die dorpsbeplanningskema bekend as Ditsobotla
            Dorpsbeplanningskema 2007, deur die hersonering van die eiendom hierbo beskryf, gelee to Veertiendelaan 99,
            Lichtenburg, van "Residensieel 1" na "Residensieel 2" vir die ontwikkeling van Wooneenhede. Besonderhede van die
           aansoek le ter insae gedurende gewone kantoorure by die kantoor van die Munisipale Bestuurder, Kamer 4, Eerste Vloer,
            Burgersentrum, h/v Dr. Nelson Mandelaweg enTransvaalstraat, Lichtenburg, Tel. No. (018) 633 3800 vanaf 4 Februarie
           2014. Besware teen of vertoe ten opsigte van die aansoek moet binne n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 4 Februarie 2014 skriftelik
            by of tot die Munisipale Bestuurder by bovermelde adres of by Posbus 7, Lichtenburg, 2740, ingedien of gerig word.
