                                        EKURHULENI METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY
                                           ALBERTON CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE
                                                AMENDMENT SCHEME 2342
              It is hereby notified in terms of section 57 (1) (a) of the Town-planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance 15 of
          1986), that the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality has approved the removal of conditions A (b); (d) – (h) and (j) – (n), from
          the current Deed of Transfer T5359/1998 and the simultaneous amendment of the Alberton Town-planning Scheme 1979, in
          terms of section 56 of the Town-planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986, for the rezoning of Erf 1116, Alberton Township X24,

          from “Residential 1” with a density of one dwelling per erf, to “Residential 1” with a density of one dwelling unit per erf 700 m ,
          in order to allow two (2) dwelling units erf, subject to conditions.
              Map 3 and the scheme clauses of the amendment scheme are filed with the Director-General, Gauteng Provincial
          Administration: Development Planning and Local Government, 8th Floor, Corner House, 63 Fox Street, Johannesburg and the
          Area Manager: Alberton Customer Care Centre and are open for inspection at all reasonable times.
              The amendment scheme is known as Alberton Amendment Scheme 2342 and shall come into operation from date of
            publication of this notice.

              It is hereby notified in terms of section 57 (1) (a) of the Town-planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance 15 of
          1986), that the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality has approved the amendment of the Alberton Town-planning Scheme 1979,
          by the rezoning of Erf 53, New Redruth Township, from “Residential 1” with a density of “one dwelling per er” to “Residential 3”
          to allow for the erection of 4 dwelling units, subject to certain conditions.
              Map 3 and the scheme clauses of the amendment scheme are filed with the Director-General, Gauteng Provincial
          Administration: Development Planning and Local Government, 8th Floor, Corner House, 63 Fox Street, Johannesburg and the
          Area Manager: Alberton Customer Care Centre and are open for inspection at all reasonable times.

                                       VANDERBIJLPARK AMENDMENT SCHEME H1226
              It is hereby notified in terms of section 57 (1) of the Town Planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986, that the Emfuleni Local
          Municipality of Vanderbijlpark has approved the amendment of Vanderbijlpark Town Planning Scheme, 1987, by the rezoning of
          a portion of Frikkie Meyer Boulevard Vanderbijlpark South East 2 from “Public Road” to “Special” with an annexure that the
          portion may be used for uncovered parking with coverage of 0%, subject to certain conditions.
              Map 3 and the scheme clauses of the amendment scheme are filed with the Deputy Municipal Manager: Economic &
          Development Planning (Land Use), 1st Floor, Old Trust Bank Building, c/o Pres Kruger and Eric Louw Streets, Vanderbijlpark,
