NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT OF THE EMALAHLENI LAND USE MANAGEMENT SCHEME
                2010 IN TERMS OF SECTION 56 (1)(b)(i) OF THE TOWNPLANNING AND TOWNSHIPS ORDINANCE, 1986
                                           EMALAHLENI AMENDMENT SCHEME 1727
                I, Laurette Swarts Pr. Pln of Korsman & Associates being the authorised agent of the owner of Erf 1954
                Hoeveldpark Extension 1 Township Registration Division J.S., Province of Mpumalanga, hereby give notice in
                terms of section 56(1)(b)(i) of the Town Planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986, that  I have applied to the
                Emalahleni Local Municipality for the amendment of the town planning scheme known as the Emalahleni Land
                Use Management Scheme 2010 by the rezoning of the erf described above, situated at Cnr of Panorama Avenue
                and Loerie Street, from "Residential 1" to "Residential 3" for the purpose of a Residential Building. Particulars of
                the application will lay for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Chief Town Planner, third
                Floor, Civic Centre, Mandela Avenue, Emalahleni, for a period of 28 days from 28 March 2014. Objections to or
                representations in respect of the application must be lodged with or made in writing to the Municipal Manager at the
                above address or at P.O Box 3, Emalahleni, 1035 within a period of 28 days from 28 March 2014.

               Hoeveldpark Uitbreiding  1 Dorpsgebied Registrasie Afdeling J.S., Provinsie van Mpumalanga gee hiermee
               ingevolge artikel 56(1)(b)(i) van die Ordonnansie op Dorpsbeplanning en Dorpe, 1986, kennis dat ek by die
               Emalahleni Plaaslike Munisipaliteit aansoek gedoen het om die wysiging van die dorpsbeplanningskema, bekend
               as die Emalahleni Grondgebruikbestuurskema 2010 deur die hersonering van die eiendom hierbo beskryf, gelee
               op die h/v Panoramalaan en Loeriestraat,  van "Residensieel 1" na "Residensieel 3" vir die doeleinde van 'n
               Residensielegebou. Besonderhede van die aansoek le ter insae gedurende gewone kantoorure by die Hoof
               Stadsbeplanner, Derdevloer, Burgersentrum, Mandelarylaan, Emalahleni, vir 'n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 28 Maart
               2014. Besware teen of vertoe ten opsigte van die aansoek moet binne 'n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 28 Maart 2014
               skriftelik tot die munisipale Bestuurder by bovermelde adres of by Posbus 3, Emalahleni, 1035 ingedien of gerig
               word.
