                                            EMALAHLENI AMENDMENT SCHEME NO: 2001
               We, Land Development Services (Pty) Ltd, being the authorised agent to apply on behalf of the owner of property mentioned below, hereby give notice in
               terms of section 56(1)(b)(i) of the Town Planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance No 15 of 1986) that we have applied to the eMalahleni Local
               Municipality for the amendment of the eMalahleni Land Use Management Scheme, 2010 with an intention to rezone portion 54 of the farm Zeekoewater
               311 JS, Witbank. from 'Agricultural" to "Residential 4" in order to erect "Residential Building  Particulars of the applications will lie for inspection during
               normal office hours at the office of the Chief Town Planner, Third Floor, Civic Centre, Mandela Avenue. Emalahleni, for a period of 28 days from 05 June
               2015, Objections to or representations in respect of the application must be lodged with or made in writing to the Municipal Manager at the above address
