                                            TSHWANE TOWN-PLANNING SCHEME
              Notice is hereby given to all whom it may concern that in terms of clause 16 of the Tshwane Town-planning Scheme, 2008
          read with section 20 of the Town-planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance 15 of 1986), I, Hugo Erasmus from the
          firm Hugo Erasmus Property Development cc intends applying at the City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality for Council
          Consent for a Place of Childcare on Erf 1029, Zwartkop x4, also known as 2 Akkerboom Street, Zwartkop x4 located in a
          “Business 4” Zone.
              Any objection, with the grounds thereof, shall be lodged with or made in writing to: The General Manager: City Planning
          Division, Room F8, Centurion, PO Box 14013, Lyttleton, 0140, and the applicant within 28 days of the publication of the
          advertisement in Provincial Gazette viz 4 June 2014.
              Full particulars and plans (if any) may be inspected during normal office hours at the above-mentioned office, for a period
          of 28 days after the publication of the advertisement in the Provincial Gazette.
              Closing date for any objections: 2 July 2014.

              Ingevolge klousule 16 van die Tshwane Dorpsbeplanningskema 2008 saamgelees met artikel 20 van die Dorpsbeplanning
          en Dorpe Ordonnansie, 1986 (Ordonnansie 15 van 1986), word hiermee aan alle belanghebbendes kennis gegee dat ek, Hugo
          Erasmus van die firma Hugo Erasmus Property Development CC van voornemens is om by die Stad van  Tshwane
          Metropolitaanse Munisipaliteit aansoek te doen om Raadstoesteming vir ’n Plek van Kindersorg op Erf 1029, Zwartkop x4 ook
          bekend as Akkerboomstraat 2, Zwartkop x4, geleë in ’n “Besigheid 4” sone.
              Enige beswaar, met die redes daarvoor, moet binne 28 dae na publikasie van die advertensie in die Provinsiale Koerant
          naamlik 4 Junie 2014, skriftelik by of tot Die  Algemene Bestuurder: Stedelike Beplanning,  Afdeling Grondgebruiksregte,
          Kamer F8, Centurion, Posbus 14013, Lyttelton, 0140, en die applikant ingedien of gerig word.
              Volledige besonderhede en planne (as daar is) kan gedurende gewone kantoorure by die bogenoemde kantoor besigtig

                                      JOHANNESBURG TOWN-PLANNING SCHEME, 1979
            NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE AMENDMENT OF THE JOHANNESBURG TOWN-PLANNING SCHEME, 1979, IN
              TERMS OF SECTION 56 (1) (b) (i) OF THE TOWN-PLANNING AND TOWNSHIPS ORDINANCE, No. 15 OF 1986
              I, Herman Mabuela, being the representative for the owner of Erf 9705, Lenasia Ext. 11, hereby give notice in terms of
          section 56 (1) (b) (i) of the  Town-planning and  Townships Ordinance, No. 15 of 1986, that I have applied to the City of
          Johannesburg for the amendment of the town-planning scheme known as the Johannesburg Town-planning Scheme, 1979, for
          the rezoning of the erf described above, situated on 156 Hydrangea  Avenue, Lenasia Ext. 11, from “Residential 1” to
          “Business 1” and to increase the coverage to 80%, floor area ratio to 1,2 and three storeys in height, to permit shops on the erf.
              Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the offices of the Executive Director,
          Development Planning, Registration Section, Room 8100, 8th Floor,  A-Block, Metropolitan Centre, 158 Loveday Street,
          Braamfontein, Johannesburg, for a period of 28 days from 04/06/2014.
