POTCHEFSTROOM AMENDMENT SCHEME 2127  NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT OF THE
             POTCHEFSTROOM TOWN PLANNING SCHEME 1980 IN TERMS OF SECTION 56 (1)(b)(i) OF THE TOWNPLANNING AND
             TOWNSHIPS ORDINANCE, 1986 (ORDINANCE 15 OF 1986)

I, SLOW SUNDAY PROPERTY SOLUTIONS (2010/168929/23) , being the authorised agent of the owner of  Erf 182, Baillie Park,
             hereby give notice in terms of section 56 (1)(b)(i) of the Town planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986, that we have applied to the
             Tlokwe City Council for the amendment of the town planning scheme known as the Potchefstroom Town Planning Scheme, 1980, by
             the rezoning of the property described above, situated on 16 Hitge  Street, Potchefstroom, from  “Residential 1” to “Business 3”.
             Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Municipal Manager, Wolmarans
             Street, Potchefstroom for a period of 30 days from 9 February 2016. Objections to or representations in respect of the application must
             be lodged with or made in writing to the Municipal Manager at the above address or at P.O.Box 19384, Potchefstroom, 2520, within a
