              I, AHG Town Planning, being the authorised agent of the owner(s) of Erven 200 and 212, Woodmead Ext. 1, hereby give
          notice in terms of section 56 (1) (b) (i) of the Town-planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986, that I have applied to the City of
          Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality for the amendment of the town-planning scheme known as the Sandton Town-planning
          Scheme, 1980, being the rezoning of both properties described above, situated at 72 Bevan Road, Woodmead Extension 1,
          from “Special” for a guesthouse (in the case of Erf 200) & “Special” for offices (in the case of Erf 212) to “Business 4”.

              Besonderhede van die aansoek sal beskikbaar wees vir inspeksie gedurende gewone kantoorure by die kantoor van die
          Uitvoerende Direkteur: Ontwikkelingsbeplanning en Stedelike Bestuur, Kamer 8100, 8ste Vloer,  A-blok, Metro Sentrum,

          notice in terms of section 56 (1) of the Town-planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986, that we have applied to the City of
          Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality for the amendment of the town-planning scheme known as Bronkhorstspruit Town-planning
          Scheme, 1980, by rezoning the above-mentioned properties, from “Residential 1” to “Residential 3”.
