Scheme, 2005, as amended, by the rezoning of Erf 250, Flamwood, situated at 37 Central Avenue, Flamwood, from “Residential 1” to “Special”, for the purposes of an office, a shop and a dwelling unit. Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Municipal Manager, Maquassi Hills Local Municipality, Kruger Street, Wolmaransstad, for the period of 28 days from 24 May 2016.
