KENNISGEWING VAN AANSOEK OM HERSONERING: ERF 435, OTTOSDAL, IN TERME VAN ARTIKEL 98 VAN DIE "TSWAING BY-LAW ON SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT, 2017", SAAMGELEES MET DIE "SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT ACT, 2013 (ACT NO. 16 OF 2013)" EN MET ARTIKEL 56 VAN DIE ORDONNANSIE OP DORPSBEPLANNING EN DORPE, 1986 (ORDONNANSIE 15 VAN 1986): TSWAING PLAASLIKE MUNISIPALITEIT - WYSIGINGSKEMA 39 Ek, Johannes Gerhardus Benad‚ (ID Nr. 621015 5064 08 1), van die firma Maxim Planning Solutions (Edms) Bpk (2002/017393/07), synde die gemagtigde agent van die eienaar van Erf 435, Ottosdal, gee hiermee ingevolge die bepalings van Artikel 98 van die Tswaing By-law on Spatial Planning and Land Use Management, 2017, saamgelees met die "Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013 (Act No. 16 of 2013)" en met Artikel 56 van die Ordonnansie op Dorpsbeplanning en Dorpe, 1986 (Ordonnansie 15 van 1986), dat ons aansoek gedoen het in terme van Artikel 66 van die "Tswaing By-law on Spatial Planning and Land Use Management, 2017", vir die wysiging van die "Tswaing Land Use Scheme, 2011" deur die hersonering van Erf 435, Ottosdal, gele‰ aanliggend tot Voortrekkerstraat, tussen Lubbe-, Summers-en Le Rouxstraat, in die suidelike gedeelte van Ottosdal, vanaf "Residential 1" na "Business 1". Daar word beoog om `n stoorgebou op die vakante deel van Erf 435, Ottosdal op te rig, om die voertuie van die kli‰nt (Mnr. Johnny Pestana) te akkommodeer. Daar word ook beoog om die bestaande woonhuis op die betrokke eiendom te behou. Besonderhede van aansoek lˆ ter insae gedurende gewone kantoorure by kantoor van die "Land Use / Housing Mana- ger", Tswaing Plaaslike Munisipaliteit, De Jagerstraat 395, Delareyville, vir 'n tydperk van 30 dae vanaf 25 Julie 2018. Besware teen of verto‰ ten opsigte van die aansoek, saam met die redes daarvoor, moet binne 'n tydperk van 30 dae vanaf 25 Julie 2018 skriftelik, of mondelings indien die beswaarmaker nie kan skryf nie, by of tot die gemagtigde agent en die Munisipale Bestuurder by bovermelde adres of by Posbus 24, Delareyville, 2770, ingedien of gerig word. Die sluitingsdatum vir die indiening van kommentaar, beswaar of verto‰ is 24 Augustus 2018. YUSUF DADOOLAAN 35, WILKOPPIES, KLERKSDORP, 2571, 14 No. 7910 POSBUS 6848, FLAMWOOD, 2572, TEL: (018) 468-6366, e-pos: johannes@maxim.co.za (2/1801) NOTICE 74 OF 2018 24-31 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR REZONING: ERF 435, OTTOSDAL, IN TERMS OF SECTION 98 OF THE TSWAING BY-LAW ON SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT, 2017, READ TOGETHER WITH THE SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT ACT, 2013 (ACT NO. 16 OF 2013) AND WITH SECTION 56 OF THE TOWNPLANNING AND TOWNSHIPS ORDINANCE, 1986 (ORDINANCE 15 OF 1986): TSWAING LOCAL MUNICIPALITY - AMENDMENT SCHEME 39 I, Johannes Gerhardus Benad‚ (ID No. 621015 5064 08 1), of the firm Maxim Planning Solutions (Pty) Ltd (2002/017393/07), being the authorised agent of the owner of Erf 435, Ottosdal, hereby gives notice in terms of the provisions of Section 98 of the Tswaing By-law on Spatial Planning and Land Use Management, 2017, read together with the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013 (Act No. 16 of 2013), and with Section 56 of the Town Planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance 15 of 1986), that we have applied in terms of Section 66 of the Tswaing By-law on Spatial Planning and Land Use Management, 2017, for the amendment of the Tswaing Land Use Scheme, 2011 by the rezoning of Erf 435, Ottosdal, situated adjacent to Voortrekker Street, between Lubbe-, Summers- and Le Roux Street, within the southern portion of Ottosdal, from "Residential 1" to "Business 1". The intention is to erect a storage shed on the vacant portion of Erf 435, Ottosdal, to accommodate the vehicles of the client (Mr. Johnny Pestana). The intention is further to retain the existing dwelling house on the concerned property. Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the Land Use / Housing Manager, Tswaing Local Municipality, 395 De Jager Street, Delareyville, for the period of 30 days from 25 July 2018. Objections to or representations in respect of the application, together with the reasons therefore, must be lodged with or made in writing, or verbally if the objector is unable to write, to the authorized agent and the Municipal Manager at the above address or posted to P.O. Box 24, Delareyville, 2770, within a period of 30 days from 25 July 2018. The closing date for submission of comments, objections or representations is 24 August 2018. Any person who cannot write may during office hours visit the Tswaing Local Municipality, where a named staff member of the Tswaing Local Municipality (Mr. Shakes Mokgetho 053-948 0787) will assist those persons by transcribing their comments, objections or representations.
