                Ek, Joze Maleta, synde  die gemagtigde agent  van die eienaar(s)  van  Erf 55  van die  dorp
                Freemanville, Klerksdorp, gee hiermee ingevolge Artikel 56(1)(b)(i)  van die Ordonnansie op

                wysiging  van die Dorpsbeplanningskema bekend as Klerksdorp  Land Use Management Scheme
                kennis dat ek by die  City of  Matlosana aansoek gedoen het  om die wysiging  van die
                2005, soos gewysig, deur die hersonering van Erf 55 van die dorp Freemanville, Klerksdorp, geleë
                Dorpsbeplanningskema bekend as Klerksdorp Land Use Management Scheme 2005, soos gewysig,
                aanliggend aan 75 Joe Slovo (N12),  voorheen  bekend as  Johannesburgweg, Klerksdorp, van
                deur die hersonering van Erf 89 groot 2006m² van die dorp Songloed, geleë aanliggend aan
                “Residensieël 1”  na “Besigheid 1”
                1 Denisestraat, Songloed, Klerksdorp, van “Residensieël 1“ na “Residensieël 2” vir ses wooneenhede.
