PROVINSIALE KOERANT, 5 JUNIE 2015 No. 2475 25 NOTICE 222 OF 2015 ERMELO AMENDMENT SCHEME 692 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT OF TOWN PLANNING SCHEME IN TERMS OF SECTION 56(1)(b)(i) OF THE TOWN PLANNING AND TOWNSHIPS ORDINANCE, 1986 (ORDINANCE 15/1986). We, Reed & Partners Land Surveyors being the authorised agent of the owner ofPortion 1 of Elf 525 Ermelo, hereby give notice in terms of section 56(1)(b)(i) of the Town Planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986, that we have applied to the Municipality of Msukaligwa for the amendment of the Town Planning Scheme known as Ermelo Town Planning Scheme 1982 by the rezoning of the property described above, situated at 5 Smuts Street, Ermelo, from "Residential 1" to "Residential 3 ". Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Municipal Manager, Civic Centre, Taute Street, Ermelo for the period of 28 days from 12 June 2015. Objections to or representations in respect of the application must be lodged with or made in writing to the Municipal Manager at the above address or at P.O. Ons, Reed & Vennote Landmeters synde die gemagtigde agent van die eienaar van Gedeelte 1 van Elf 525 Ermelo, gee hiermee ingevolge artikel 56(I)(b)(i) van die Ordonnansie op Dorpsbeplanning en Dorpe, 1986 kennis dat ons by die Munisipaliteit van Msukaligwa aansoek gedoen het om die wysiging van die dorpsbeplanningskema bekend as Ermelo Dorpsbeplanningskema 1982 deur die hersonering van die eiendom hierbo beskryf, gelee te Smutsstraat 5, Ermelo, van " Residensieel l" na "Residensieel 3 ". Besonderhede van die aansoek lé ter insae gedurende gewone kantoorure by die kantoor van die Munisipale Bestuurder, Burgersentrum, Tautestraat, Ermelo vir 'n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 12 Junie 2015. Besware teen of vertoë ten opsigte van die aansoek moet binne 'n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 12 Junie 2015 skriftelik by of tot die Munisipale Bestuurder by bovermelde adres of by Posbus 48, Ermelo, 2350 ingedien of gerig word.
