KENNISGEWING VAN AANSOEK OM WYSIGING VAN DORPSBEPLANNINGSKEMA INGEVOLGE ARTIKEL 22 EN ARTIKEL 18 VAN DIE ORDONNANSIE OP DORPSBEPLANNING EN DORPE, 1985 (ORDONNANSIE 15 VAN 1985) NALEDI DORPSBEPLANNINGSKEMA, 2004 - WYSIGINGSKEMA 14/2015 Malepa Planning and Projects (PTY) LTD, Registrasie No, 2007/015316/07, synde die gemagtigde agent van die eienaar van Erwe 967 tot 626, Stella Dortp, gee hiermee ingevolge artikel 22 en artikel 18 van die Ordonnansie op Dorpsbeplanning en Dorpe, 1985, kennis dat ons by die Naledi Plaaslike Munisipaliteit aansoek gedoen het om die wysiging van die dorpsbeplanningskema bekend as die Naledi Dorpsbeplanningskema, 2004, soos gewysig, deur die hersonering van Erwe 967 tot 1626, Stella Dorp, geleë in die "Buffer Sone" rondom die bestaande dorp Stella Uitbreiding 1 (Rekgaratlhile) geleë in die westelike rigting van die dorp Stella vanaf “Owerheid” na “Gemengde Grondsgebruike” met die toestemming van die Plaaslike Bestuur.
