              Die Stad Tshwane Metropolitaanse Munisipaliteit gee hiermee ingevolge artikel 69 (6) (a) saamgelees met artikel 100 van
          die Ordonnansie op Dorpsbeplanning en Dorpe, 1986 (Ordonnansie No. 15 van 1986), kennis dat ’n aansoek deur hom ont-

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A TOWNSHIP
              The Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality, hereby gives notice in terms of section 69 (6) (a), read together with section
          96 (3) of the  Town-planning and  Townships Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance 15 of 1986), that an application to establish the
          township referred to in the Annexure hereto, has been lodged with it.
              Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Area Manager, City
          Development Department, Springs Customer Care Centre, c/o Plantation and South Main Reef Roads, Springs, for a period of
          28 (twenty eight) days from 5 March 2014.
