NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT OF THE TOWN PLANNING SCHEME IN TERMS OF SECTION 56 (1) (b) (i) OF THE
            TOWN PLANNING AND TOWNSHIPS ORDINANCE, 1986 (ORDINANCE 15 OF 1986) , AND NOTICE FOR THE REMOVAL OF
            RESTRICTIVE CONDITIONS IN TERMS OF THE REMOVAL OF RESTRICTIONS ACT (ACT 84 OF 1967) AND SPECIAL CONSENT

            I, Dries de Ridder being the authorized agent of the owner of Erf 1815 Ellisras Extension 16 hereby gives notice in terms of section
            56(1)(b)(i), of the Town-Planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986, that I have applied to the Lephalale Municipality for the amendment of
            the town planning scheme known as the Lephalale Town planning scheme, 2005, as approved on 30 November 2005, by virtue of Council
            Resolution A29/2005(11), by the rezoning of the property described above, situated in 4 Huilbos Street, Onverwacht from Residential 1,
            one dwelling house per erf to Residential 2, one dwelling house per 500m'. special consent for residential buildings for a guesthouse and in
            terms of the Removal of Restictions Act, 1967, for the removal of restrictive conditions 16, 17 and 18 in title deed T99768/1997.

Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the of  of the Manager Corporate Services, Room D105,
            Municipal Offices, Lephalale Municipality, Lephalale for a period of 28 days from 30 August 2013. Objections to or representations in
            respect of the application must be lodged with or made in writing to the Manager Corporate Services at the above address or at Private
            Bag X 136, Ellisras, 0555, within a period of 28 days from 30 August 2013.

            ORDONNANSIE OP DORPSBEPLANNING EN DORPE, 1986 (ORDONNANSIE 15 VAN 1986), EN KENNISGEWING VIR DIE
            OPHEFFING VAN BEPERKENDE VOORWAARDES IN TERME DIE WET OP OPHEFFING VAN BEPERKINGS, 1967 (WET 84 VAN
            1967) EN SPESIALE TOESTEMMINGSGEBRUIK

            Ek, Dries de Ridder synde die gemagtigde agent van die eienaar van Erf 1815 Ellisras Uitbreiding 16 gee hiermee ingevolge artikel
            56(1)(b)(i) van die Ordonnansie op Dorpsbeplanning en Dorpe,1986, kennis dat ek aansoek gedoen het by die Lephalale Munisipaliteit vir
            die wysiging van die dorpbeplanningskema bekend as die Lephalale Dorpsbeplanningskema, 2005, soos goedgekeur op 30 November
            2005, by wyse van Raadsbesluit A29/2005(11), deur die hersonering van die eiendom hierbo beskryf, gelee to Huilbosstraat 4,
            Onverwacht van Residensieel 1, een woonhuis per erf na Residensieel 2, een woonhuis per 500m2 spesiale toestemming vir woongeboue
            vir 'n gastehuis en ingevolge die Wet op opheffing van beperkings, 1967, vir die opheffing van beperkende voorwaardes 16, 17 en 18 in
            die akte van transport T99768/1997.

Besonderhede van die aansoek le ter insae gedurende gewone kantoorure by die Bestuurder Korporatiewe Dienste, kamer 0105,
            Munisipale Kantore, Lephalale Munisipaliteit, Lephalale, vir `n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 30 Augustus 2013. Besware teen of vertoe ten
            opsigte van die aansoek moet binne 28 dae vanaf 30 Augustus 2013 skriftelik by of tot die Bestuurder Korporatiewe Dienste by
            bovermelde adres of by Privaatsak X 136, Ellisras, 0555 ingedien word.
