LOCAL MUNICIPALITY OF MADIBENG
                                 HARTBEESPOORT AMENDMENT SCHEME 523

Notice is hereby given in terms of the provisions of Section 57(1) (a) of the Town Planning and Townships
                    Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance 15 of 1986) that the Madibeng Local Municipality has approved the
                   Amendment of the Hartbeespoort Town Planning Scheme, by the rezoning of Erf 1115 Schoemansville
                   Township, from "Residential 1 " to "Residential 3".
                    The Map 3 -documents and the Scheme Clauses of the Amendment Scheme are filed at the offices of the
                    Local Municipality of Madibeng, and are open for inspection at normal office hours.
                    This Amendment is known as Hartbeespoort Amendment Scheme 523 and shall come in operation on the
                    date of publication of this notice.
