NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE AMENDMENT OF TOWN-PLANNING SCHEME IN TERMS OF
                  SECTION 56 (1)(b)(i) OF THE TOWN-PLANNING AND TOWNSHIPS ORDINANCE, 1986 (ORDINANCE 15
                  OF 1986)

We, Nuplan Development Planners, being the authorised agent of Arend Treurnicht, the registered land owner
                  of Portion 2 of Erf 101, Lydenburg Township, situated at 55 De Beer Street , give notice in terms of Section 56
                  (1)(b)(i) of the Town Planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance 15 of 1986), that we have applied to
                  the Thaba Chweu Local Municipality (Lydenburg Administrative Unit) for the amendment of the Town-Planning
                  Scheme known as Lydenburg Town Planning Scheme, 1995, by the rezoning of the property described above
                  from "Residential 1" to "Residential 2" with a density of 30 dwelling units per hectare to allow for 5 units.
                  Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Municipal
                  Manager, Thaba Chweu Local Municipality, Sentraal Street, Lydenburg, for a period of 28 days from 28 March
                  2014.
                  Objections to, or representations in respect of the application must be lodged with or made in writing to the
                  Municipal Manager at the above address or at Thaba Chweu Local Municipality, P.O. Box 61, Lydenburg, 1120,
                  within a period of 28 days from 28 March 2014 (no later than 25 April 2014).

                  ARTIKEL 56   (1)(b)(i)  VAN  DIE ORDONNANSIE OP DORPSBEPLANNING EN        DORPE,   1986,

Ons, Nuplan Development Planners, synde die gemagtigde agent van Arend Treurnicht, die geregistreerde
                  eienaars van Gedeelte 2 van Erf 101, Lydenburg Dorp, gelee te De Beerstraat 55, gee hiermee ingevolge
                  Artikel 56 (1)(b)(i) van die Ordonnansie op Dorpsbeplanning en Dorpe, 1986 (Ordonnansie 15 van 1986),
                  kennis dat ons by die Thaba Chweu Plaaslike Munisipaliteit (Lydenburg Administratiewe Eenheid) aansoek
                  gedoen het om die wysiging van die dorpsbeplanningskema, bekend as Lydenburg Dorpsbeplanningskema,
                  1995, deur die hersonering van die eiendom soos hierbo beskryf, vanaf -Residensieel 1" na "Residensieel 2"
                  met 'n digtheid van 30 eenhede per hektaar om vir 5 eenhede voorsiening te maak.
                  Besonderhede van bogenoemde aansoek le ter insae gedurende gewone kantoorure by die kantoor van die
                  Munisipale Bestuurder, Munisipale kantore, Thaba Chweu Plaaslike Munisipaliteit, Sentraalstraat, Lydenburg,
                  vir 'n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 28 Maart 2014.
                  Besware teen of vertoe ten opsigte van die aansoek moet binne 'n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 28 Maart 2014 (nie
                  later as 25 April 2014), skriftelik by of tot die Munisipale Bestuurder by bovermelde adres of Thaba Chweu
                  Plaaslike Munisipaliteit, Posbus 61, Lydenburg, 1120, ingedien of gerig word.
