GENERAL NOTICE 11 OF 2014

MAKHADO WYSIGINGSKEMAS
                Ek, Theo Kotze, as agent van die eienaars van ondergemelde eiendomme, gee kennis ingevolge
                artikel 56(1)(B)(I) van Ordonnansie 15 van 1986, dat ek aansoek gedoen het by die volgende
                munisipaliteit  vir  die  wysiging  van  die  ondergemelde dorpsbeplanningskema: MAKHADO
                WYSIGINGSKEMA 87: Makhado munisipaliteit    -   aansoek vir wysiging van  die Makhado
                Grongebruikbstuurskema, 2009 deur die hersonering van Erf 477 Louis Trichardt (gelee op die hoek
                van Douthwait & Joubertstrate) vanaf "Residensieel 1" na "Residensieel 2". Daarmee saam doen ek
                ook aansoek in terme van Klousule 21 van voormelde dorpsbeplanningskema om die digtheid op die
                perseel te verhoog van 45 eenhede per hektaar. Die doel met die aansoek is om die perseel te benut
                vir meenthuisdoeleindes.  MAKHADO WYSIGINGSKEMA 100: Makhado Munsipaliteit - Deur die
                hersonering van Erf 1522 Louis Trichardt Uitbreiding 1 (gelee te 41 Stubbsstraat) vanaf "Residensieel
                1"  na  "Residensieel  2".  Die  doel  met  die  aansoek  is om die  perseel  te  benut  vir
                meenthuisdoeleindes. Besonderhede van die aansoeke le ter insae gedurende gewone kantoorure
                by die kantoor van die Direkteur, Munisipale sekretariaat, 1 ste vloer, Burgersentrum, Makhado
                (Louis Trichardt), (128 Kroghstraat), vir 'n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 24 Januarie 2014. Besware teen
                of vertoe ten opsigte van die aansoeke moet binne 'n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 24 Januarie 2014
                skriftelik by of tot die Direkteur, Munisipale sekretariaat, by bovermelde adres of by Privaatsak

                                            MAKHADO AMENDMENT SCHEMES
                 I, Theo Kotze, as agent of the owners of the properties mentioned below, give notice in terms of
                 section 56(1)(B)(I) of Ordinance 15 of 1986, that I have applied to the following municipality for the
                 amendment of the following town planning scheme: MAKHADO AMENDMENT SCHEME         87:
                 Makhado municipality - application for the amendment of the Makhado Land Use Management
                 scheme 2009 by the rezoning of Erf 477 Louis Trichardt (situated at the corner of Douthwait &
                Joubert streets) from "Residential 1" to "Residential 2". Simultaneous application is also made in
                terms of Clause 21 of the Makhado Land use scheme 2009 to increase the permitted density to 45
                 units per hectare. The purpose with the application is to use the property for town house purposes.
                 MAKHADO AMENDMENT SCHEME 100: Makhado municipality - by the rezoning of Erf 1522 Louis
                Trichardt Ext. 1 (situated at 41 Stubbs street) from "Residential 1" to "Residential 2". The purpose
                 with the application is to use the property for town house purposes. Particulars of the applications
                will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Director, Municipal Secretariat,
                 1st floor, Civic centre, Makhado (Louis Trichardt), (128 Krogh street), for a period of 28 days from 24
                January 2014. Objections to or representations in respect of the applications must be lodged with or
                 made in writing to the Director, Municipal secretariat at the above address or at Private bag x2596,
