NET RETIEF AMENDMENT SCHEME 261.
              Notice of application for the amendment of the Piet Retief Town Planning Scheme, 1980,  in terms of Section
              56(1)(b)(i) of the Town-Planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986, (Ordinance No. 15 of 1986).
              I, Pinkie Kiihne, being the authorised agent of the registered owner of the property mentioned below, hereby give
              notice, in terms of the above Ordinance, that I have applied to the Mkhondo Municipality, Piet Retief, for the
              amendment of the Town Planning Scheme, known as the Piet Retief Town Planning Scheme, 1980, by the rezoning of
              Portion 4 of Erf 1128, situated at 3, Von Brandis Street, Piet Retief, from "Residential 1" to "Residential 3".
              Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Municipal Manager,
              Civic Centre, Mark Street, Piet Retief for a period of 28 (twenty eight) days from 23 August 2013.
              Objections to this application must, within a period of 28 (twenty eight) days from 23 August 2013, written and in
              duplicate, be submitted to the Municipal Manager at the above address, or be posted to P. 0. Box 23, Piet Retief, 2380.

              Kennisgewing van aansoek om die wysiging van die Piet Retief Stadsbeplanningskema , 1980, ingevolge Artikel
              56(1)(b)(i) van die Ordonnansie op Dorpsbeplanning en Dorpe, 1986, (Ordonnansie Nr. 15 van 1986).
              Ek, Pinkie Kiihne, synde die gemagtigde agent van die geregistreerde eienaar van die ondergenoemde eiendom, gee
              hiermee, ingevolge bogenoemde Artikel, kennis dat ek by die Mkondo Munisipaliteit, Piet Retief, aansoek gedoen het
              om die wysiging van die Dorpsbeplanningskema, bekend as die Piet Retief Dorpsbeplanningskema, 1980, deur die
              hersonering van Gedeelte 4 van Erf 1128, gele8 to Von Brandisstraat 3, Piet Retief, vanaf "Residensieel 1" na
              "Residensial 3".
              Besonderhede van die aansoek le ter insae gedurende gewone kantoorure by die kantoor van  die Munisipale
              Bestuurder, Burgersentrum, Markstraat, Piet Retief, vir 'n tydperk van 28 (agt en twintig) dae vanaf 23 Augustus 2013.
              Besware of vertod teen die aansoek moet, binne 'n tydperk van 28 (agt en twintig) dae vanaf 23Augustus 2013,
              geskrewe en in tweevoud, ingehandig word by die Munisipale Bestuurder by bovermelde adres, of gepos word aan
              Posbus 23, Piet Retief, 2380.
