EKURHULENI METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY
                                      EKURHULENI TOWN PLANNING SCHEME, 2014
                                        EKURHULENI AMENDMENT SCHEME B0077

It  is  hereby notified in terms of Section 57(1)(a) of the Town Planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986
             (Ordinance 15 of 1986), that the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality has approved the amendment of the
             Benoni Town Planning Scheme, 1/1947 by the rezoning of Portion 259 (A Portion of Portion 256) of the Farm
             Vlakfontein 69IR from “Agricultural” to “Special” for “single distribution centre, including ancillary offices and
             warehouse, that will be subservient to the main us, subject to conditions.

The amendment scheme documents will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the offices of the
             Head of Department: City Planning, Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality, and at the offices of the Area
             Manager: City Planning Department, Benoni Civic Centre; as well as at the Gauteng Provincial Government,
             Office of the Premier, Gauteng Planning Division.

This amendment scheme was previously known as Benoni Amendment Scheme 1/2481 and is now known
             as Ekurhuleni Amendment Scheme B0077. This Scheme shall come into operation from date of publication
             of this notice.
