              We, VBGD Town Planners being the authorised agent of the owner of Holding 128, Chartwell A.H., hereby give notice in
          terms of section 56 (1) (b) (i) of the  Town-planning and  Townships Ordinance, 1986, that we have applied to the City of
          Johannesburg for the amendment of the town-planning scheme, known as the Peri Urban Areas Town-planning Scheme, 1975,
          for the rezoning of the property described above situated at 384 Cedar Road, Chartwell from “Agricultural” to “Special” for
          storage units and ancillary uses, subject to conditions.
              All relevant documents relating to the application will be open for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the
          Executive Director, Development Planning at 158 Loveday Street, Braamfontein, 8th Floor, A Block, Civic Centre, for a period
          of 28 days, 11 June 2014 (the date of the first publication of this notice).
              Any person who wishes to object to the application or submit representations in respect thereof must lodge the same in
          writing with the said authorised local authority at its address and room number specified above or P.O. Box 30733,
          Braamfontein, on or before 9 July 2014.

          Dorpsbeplanningskema, 1975, deur die hersonering van die eiendom hierbo beskryf, geleë te Cedarweg 384, Chartwell van
          “Landbou” na “Spesiaal” bergings eenhede en aanverwante gebruike, onderworpe aan voorwaardes.
              Alle tersaaklike dokumente met verwysing na die aansoek lê ter insae gedurende gewone kantoorue by die kantoor van

          subject to conditions.
