            NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE AMENDMENT OF THE SANDTON TOWN-PLANNING SCHEME, 1980, IN TERMS
           OF SECTION 56 (1) (b) (i) OF THE TOWN-PLANNING AND TOWNSHIPS ORDINANCE, 1986 (ORDINANCE 15 OF 1986)
                                       CITY OF JOHANNESBURG AMENDMENT SCHEME
              We, Victor Temelton Thokozane Mkhize and Mabel Nomsa Mkhize, being the owner of Erf 674, Bassonia Ext 1, hereby
          give notice in terms of section 56 (1) (b) (i) of the Town-planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986, that we applied to City of
          Johannesbrg for the amendment of the town-planning scheme, known as Sandton  Town-planning Scheme, 1980, by the
          rezoning of the property described above, situated at 23/25 Blouklip Avenue, from “Residential 1 to 3 for maximum of 3 dwelling
          units on the site.
              Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Director: Development
          Planning and Urban Management, 8th Floor, Metropolitan Centre, 158 Loveday Street, Braamfontein, Information Counter, for
          a period of 28 days from 4 June 2014.
              Objections to or representations in respect of the application must be lodged with or made in writing to the Director:
          Development Planning and Urban Management at the above mentioned address or at P.O. Box 30733, Braamfontein, 2017,
          Information Counter, for a period of 28 days from 11 June 2014.

              Ons, Victor Temelton Thokozane Mkhize en Mabel Nomsa Mkhize, die eienaar van Erf 674, Bassonia Uitbreiding 1, gee
          hiermee ingevolge artikel 56 (1) (b) (i) van die Ordonnansie op Dorpsbeplanning en Dorpe, 1986, kennis dat ons by die
          Johannesburg Metropolitaanse Munisipaliteit aansoek gedoen het om die wysiging van die dorpsbeplanningskema, bekend as
          die Sandton-dorpsbeplanningskema, 1980, deur die hersonering van die eiendom hierbo beskryf, geleë te 23/25 Blouklip
          Alenne, Bassonia Area, van Residensieel 1 na Residensieel 3, for a maximum of 3 dwelling units on the site.
              Besonderhede van aansoek lê ter insae gedurende die gewone kantoorure by die kantoor van die Uitvoerende Direkteur:

          I have applied to the City of Johannesburg for the amendment of the town-planning scheme, known as Sandton Town-planning
          Scheme, 1980, by the rezoning of the property, situated at 116 South Avenue in Atholl from “Residential 1” to “Residential 1”,
          permitting the development of a maximum of 6 dwelling units on the site, subject to conditions.
              Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Executive Director:
          Development Planning, Transportation and Environment, Metro Centre, Room 8100, 8th Floor, A Block, 158 Loveday Street,
