              I, Tinie Bezuidenhout of Tinie Bezuidenhout and Associates, being the authorised agent of the owner of Portion 60 of
          Erf 3, Atholl, hereby give notice in terms of section 56 (1) (b) (i) of the Town-planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986, that
          I have applied to the City of Johannesburg for the amendment of the town-planning scheme, known as Sandton Town-planning
          Scheme, 1980, by the rezoning of the property, situated at 116 South Avenue in Atholl, from “Residential 1” to “Residential 1”,
          permitting the development of a maximum of 6 dwelling units on the site, subject to conditions.
