NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT
                               OF TOWN PLANNING SCHEME IN TERMS OF SECTION 56 (1)(b)(i)
                                OF THE TOWN PLANNING AND TOWNSHIPS ORDINANCE, 1986

                  We, JCPlanning CC (Reg Nr: 2009/230651/23) t/a JC Planning Town Planners, being the
                  authorized  agent    of   the    owner    ofErf   3167,   Potchefstroom     Township,
                  (ConsolidatedfromRemaining Extent ofErf 869, Portion  1 ofErf 869, Portion  1 ofErf 868,
                  Remaining Extent ofErf 868, Portion  1 ofErf 865 andRemaining Extent ofErf 865, all
                  Potchefstroom Township), give notice in terms of Section 56(1)(b)(i) of the Town Planning and
                  Townships Ordinance, 1986, that we have applied to the Tlokwe Local Municipality for the
                  amendment of the town planning scheme known as the Potchefstroom Town Planning Scheme, 1980,
                  as amended, by therezoningof the abovementioned property situated on 8 and 12Jooste Street and
                  44, 46, 48 and 50 Steve Biko Avenue, PotchefstroomTownship,from "Residential 4" with
                  Annexure1431, 1402, 1403, 1404, 1405 and 1406 to "Institutional" with Annexure1562to make
                  provision for a FAR of 1.2 with a coverage of 60%.
                  Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the
                  Municipal Manager, Potchefstroom Municipal Offices, Wolmarans Street, Potchefstroom, for a period
                  of 28 days from 11 March2014.

Objection to or representations in respect of the application must be lodged with or made in writing to
                  the Municipal Manager at the above address or posted to him at P.O. Box 113, Potchefstroom, 2520,
                  within a period of 28 days from 11 March2014.
