24 No. 7132 PROVINCIAL GAZETTE, 16 JULY 2013 NOTICE 310 OF 2013 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT OF TOWN PLANNING SCHEME IN TERMS OF SECTION 56(1)(b)(i) OF THE TOWN PLANNING AND TOWNSHIPS ORDINANCE, 1986 (ORDINANCE 15 OF 1986) RUSTENBURG LAND USE MANAGEMENT SCHEME, 2005 - AMENDMENT SCHEME 1039 Maxim Planning Solutions (Pty) Ltd (2002/017393/07) being the authorised agent of the owners of the Remaining Extent of Portion 9 (a portion of Portion 8), Portion 22 (a portion of Portion 8), Portion 23 (a portion of Portion 8), the Remaining Extent of Portion 29 (a portion of Portion 1), Portion 90 (a portion of Portion 11), Portion 91 (a portion of Portion 11), Portion 190 (a portion of Portion 8), Portion 243 (a portion of Portion 203), Portions 329, 335, 336 and 368 (a portion of Portion 310) of the farm Kafferskraal No. 342-JO, currently zoned "Agricultural" hereby gives notice in terms of Section 56(1)(b)(i) of the Town Planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance 15 of 1986), that we have applied to the Rustenburg Local Municipality for the amendment of the Town Planning Scheme known as Rustenburg Land Use Management Scheme, 2005 by the rezoning of the properties described above, situated approximately 28km to the East of Rustenburg, approximately 9km North-West of Mooinooi and North of the Rustenburg - Pretoria Road (Road N4), from "Agricultural" to "Mining and Quarrying", subject to Annexure 1317. Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Director Planning and Human Settlement, Rustenburg Local Municipality, Room 319, Missionary Mpheni House, corner of Beyers Naude- and Nelson Mandela Drive, Rustenburg for the period of 28 days from 16 July 2013. Objections to or representations in respect of the application must be lodged with or made in writing to the Municipal Manager at the above address or at P.O. Box 16, Rustenburg, 0300 within a period of 28 days from 16 July 2013. Besonderhede van die aansoek le ter insae gedurende gewone kantoorure by die kantoor van die Direkteur Beplanning en Menslike Ontwikkeling, Rustenburg Plaaslike Munisipalitiet, Kamer 319, Missionary Mpheni House, hoek van Beyers Naude- en Nelson Mandelarylaan, Rustenburg vir 'n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 16 Julie 2013. Besware teen of vertoe ten opsigte van die aansoek moet binne 'n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 16 Julie 2013 skriftelik by of tot die Munisipale Bestuurder by bovermelde adres of by Posbus 16, Rustenburg, 0300 ingedien of gerig word.
