                    RUSTENBURG LAND USE MANAGEMENT SCHEME, 2005 - WYSIGINGSKEMA 1161

Maxim Planning Solutions (Edms) Bpk (2002/017393/07) synde die gemagtigde agent van die eienaar van die
             Resterende Gedeelte van Gedeelte 6 van die plaas Waterval No. 303-JO, gee hiermee ingevolge Artikel 56(1)(b)(i)
             van die Ordonnansie op Dorpsbeplanning en Dorpe, 1986 (Ordonnansie 15 van 1986), kennis dat ons by die
             Rustenburg Plaaslike Munisipaliteit aansoek gedoen het om die wysiging van die Dorpsbeplanningskema bekend as
             Rustenburg Land Use Management Scheme, 2005 deur die hersonering van die eiendom hierbo beskryf, gelee
             ongeveer 20km Oos van Rustenburg, en aangrensend tot die D108 pad, vanaf "Landbou" na "Spesiaal" vir die
             doeleindes van 'n industrie, onderhewig aan Bylaag 1440.
             Besonderhede van die aansoek le ter insae gedurende gewone kantoorure by die kantoor van die Direkteur
             Beplanning en Menslike Ontwikkeling, Rustenburg Plaaslike Munisipalitiet, Kamer 319, Missionary Mpheni House.
             hoek van Beyers Naude- en Nelson Mandelarylaan, Rustenburg vir 'n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 07 Januarie 2014.
             Besware teen of vertoe ten opsigte van die aansoek moet binne 'n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 07 Januarie 2014,
             skriftelik by of tot die Munisipale Bestuurder by bovermelde adres of by Posbus 16, Rustenburg, 0300 ingedien of gerig
             word.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT OF TOWN PLANNING SCHEME IN TERMS OF SECTION
             56(1)(b)(i) OF THE TOWN PLANNING AND TOWNSHIPS ORDINANCE, 1986 (ORDINANCE 15 OF 1986)
                       RUSTENBURG LAND USE MANAGEMENT SCHEME, 2005 - AMENDMENT SCHEME 1161
             Maxim Planning Solutions (Pty) Ltd (2002/017393/07) being the authorised agent of the owner of the Remaining
             Extent of Portion 6 of the farm Waterval No. 303-JO, hereby gives notice in terms of Section 56(1)(b)(i) of the Town
             Planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance 15 of 1986), that we have applied to the Rustenburg Local
             Municipality for the amendment of the Town Planning Scheme known as Rustenburg Land Use Management Scheme,
             2005 by the rezoning of the property described above, situated approximately 20km to the East of Rustenburg and
             adjacent to the D108 road, from "Agricultural" to "Special" for the purposes of an industry, subject to Annexure 1440.
             Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Director Planning and
             Human Settlement, Rustenburg Local Municipality, Room 319, Missionary Mpheni House, corner of Beyers Naude-
             and Nelson Mandela Drive, Rustenburg for the period of 28 days from 07 January 2014.
             Objections to or representations in respect of the application must be lodged with or made in writing to the Municipal
             Manager at the above address or at P.O. Box 16, Rustenburg, 0300 within a period of 28 days from 07 January 2014.
