12 No. 7241 PROVINCIAL GAZETTE, 11 MARCH 2014 NOTICE 110 OF 2014 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT OF TOWN-PLANNING SCHEME IN TERMS OF SECTION 56 (1) (b) (i) OF THE TOWN-PLANNING AND TOWNSHIPS ORDINANCE, 1986 (ORDINANCE 15 OF 1986) RUSTENBURG AMENDMENT SCHEME 1799 I, Jan-Nolte Ekkerd of the firm NE Town Planning CC (Reg Nr: 2008/2492644/23), being the authorised agent of the owner of Erven 3594-3606 and 3687-3905 Marikana Extension 2 Township, Registration Division J.Q., North West Province hereby give notice in terms of section 56 (1) (b) (i) of the Town-planning and Townships Ordinance 1986, that I have applied to the Rustenburg Local Municipality for the amendment of the Town-planning Scheme known as Rustenburg Land Use Management Scheme 2005 by the rezoning of the properties described above, situated in the south western area of Marikana Extension 2, from "Residential 1" to "Residential 1" for 1 dwelling house per 100m2 as per Annexure 1477. Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Municipal Manager Room 319, at the Missionary Mpheni House, cnr. of Nelson Mandela and Beyers Naude Drives, Rustenburg for the period of 28 days from 4 March 2014. Objections to or representations in respect of the application must be lodged with or made in writing to the Municipal Manager at the above address or at P.O. Besonderhede van die aansoek le ter insae gedurende gewone kantoorure by die kantoor van die Munisipale Bestuurder Kamer 319, Missionary Mpheni House, h/v Nelson Mandela en Beyers Naude Lane, Rustenburg vir 'n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 4 Maart 2014. Besware teen of vertoe ten opsigte van die aansoek moet binne 'n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 4 Maart 2014 skriftelik by of tot die Munisipale Bestuurder by bovermelde adres of by Posbus 16, Rustenburg, 0300 ingedien of gerig word.
