RUSTENBURG AMENDMENT SCHEME 304
               The Rustenburg Local Municipality hereby gives notice in terms of Section 28 (1)(a) of the Town-planning
               and Townships Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance 15 of 1986) that it prepared an amendment of the Rustenburg
               Land Use Management Scheme, 2005, relating to a relayout of a section of  Bokamoso Extension  1
               Township. In terms whereof the streets in the area of Erven 2802 to 2811, 2819 to 2871, 2996 to 3203 and
               3224 to 3227, as well as Parks 3176 and 3199, will be closed and consolidated with the above-mentioned
               erven and thereafter subdivided and rezoned as follows:- 850 "Residential 1"; 7 "Existing Public Streets"; 12
               "Public Open Space"; 1 "Municipal"; 1 "Institutional" (Creche) and 1 "Business 2".
               Particulars of the application lie for inspection during normal office hours at the offices of the Director,
               Planning and Human Settlement, Room 319, Missionary Mpheni House, c/o Nelson Mandela Drive and
               Beyers Naude Avenue, Rustenburg, for a period of 28 days from 11 March 2014.
               Objections to or representations in respect of the amendment scheme must be lodged with or made in
               writing to the Municipal Manager at the above address or at P 0 Box 16, Rustenburg, 0300, within a period
               of 28 days from 11 March 2014.

               Die Rustenburg Plaaslike Munisipaliteit gee hiermee ingevolge artikel 28(1)(a) gelees met artikel 55 van die
               Ordonnansie op Dorpsbeplanning en Dorpe, 1986 (Ordonnansie 15 van 1986 ), kennis dat 'n wysiging van
               die Rustenburg Grondgebruikbestuurskema, 2005, deur horn opgestel  is wat betrekking het op 'n
               gedeeltelike heruitleg van die dorp Bokamoso Uitbreiding 1. Daarvo!gens word verskeie strate  in die
               omgewing van Erwe 2802 tot 2811, 2819 tot 2871, 2996 tot 3203 en 3224 tot 3227, sowel as Parke 3176 en
               3199 gesluit en met gemelde erwe gekonsolideer word en wat daaropvolgend herverdeel word in gedeeltes
               wat as volg gesoneer word: 850 "Residensieel 1"; 7 "Bestaande Paaie"; 12 "Openbare Oop Ruimte";  1
               "Munisipaal"; 1 "Inrigting" (Creche) en 2 "Besigheid 2".

Besonderhede van die aansoek le ter insae gedurende gewone kantoorure by die kantoor van die Direkteur,
               Beplanning en Menslike Vestiging, Kamer 319, 3de Vloer, Missionary Mpheni House, H/v Nelson Mandela
               Rylaan en Beyers Naudelaan, Rustenburg, vir 'n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 11 Maart 2014.
               Besware teen of vertoe ten opsigte van die wysigingskema moet binne 'n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 11 Maart
               2014, skriftelik by of tot die Munisipale Bestuurder, by bovermelde adres of by Posbus 16, Rustenburg, 0300,
               ingedien of gerig word.
