                                 RUSTENBURG AMENDMENT SCHEMES 1184, 1320 AND 1363

Notice is hereby given in terms of the provisions of section 57 (1) (a) of the Town-planning and Township
              Ordinance, 1986, that the Rustenburg Local Municipality has approved the amendment of the Rustenburg Land
              Use Management Scheme, 2005, by the rezoning of the under mentioned properties from their present zonings to
              the new zonings, as indicated below, subject to certain conditions:

                            Rustenburg Town  and Townlands)           the  conditions  as  contained  in  Annexure

              Map 3’s  and scheme clauses  of these  amendment schemes  are filed with the Regional Director, North West
              Provincial Administration, Private Bag X1213, POTCHEFSTROOM,  2520,  and  the  Municipal  Manager,  Room
              620, Missionary Mpheni House, Beyers Naude Drive, Rustenburg, and are open for inspection at all reasonable
              times. This amendments are known as Rustenburg Amendment Schemes 1184, 1320 and 1363 and shall come
              into operation on the date of the publication hereof.
