           NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT OF TOWN-PLANNING SCHEME IN TERMS OF SECTION 56 (1) (b) (i) OF
                                   THE TOWN-PLANNING AND TOWNSHIPS ORDINANCE, 1986
                                           BOKSBURG AMENDMENT SCHEME 1902
              I, Marzia-Angela Jonker, being the authorised agent of the owner of Erf 429, Reiger Park Extension 1 Township, hereby
          give notice in terms of section 56 (1) (b) (i) of the Town-planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986, that I have applied to the
          Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality (Boksburg Customer Care Centre), for the amendment of the town-planning scheme
          known as Boksburg Town-planning Scheme, 1991, by the rezoning of the above-mentioned property, situated at No. 40 Martin
          du Preez Street, Reiger Park Extension 1 Township, Boksburg, from “Residential 1” to “Residential 1” including a Shebeen.
              Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Area Manager: Development
          Planning, Boksburg Customer Care Centre, 3rd Floor, Civic Centre, Trichardts Road, Boksburg, for the period of 28 days from
          4 June 2014.
              Objections to or representations in respect of the application must be lodged with or made in writing to the Area Manager:

          Ekurhuleni Metropolitaanse Munisipaliteit (Boksburg Diensleweringsentrum) aansoek gedoen het om die wysiging van die
          dorpsbeplanningskema bekend as Boksburg-dorpsbeplanningskema, 1991, deur die hersonering van die eiendom hierbo
          beskryf, geleë te No. 40 Martin du Preezstraat, Reiger Park Uitbreiding 1 Dorp, Boksburg vanaf “Residensieël 1” tot
          “Residensieël 1” insluitende ’n Shebeen.
              Besonderhede van die aansoek le ter insae gedurende kantoorure by die kantoor van die  Area Bestuurder:
          Ontwikkelingsbeplanning, Boksburg Diensleweringsentrum, 3de Verdieping, Burgersentrum, Trichardtsweg, Boksburg, vir ’n
          tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 4 Junie 2014.

          Extension 1, from “Special” for a motor showroom and ancillary uses to “Special” for a multi-level storage facility and ancillary
          uses.
