30 No. 139 PROVINCIAL GAZETTE, 11 JUNE 2014 NOTICE 1489 OF 2014 CITY OF JOHANNESBURG SANDTON AMENDMENT SCHEME I, Mario Di Cicco, being the authorised agent of the owner of Portion 10 (a portion of Portion 5) of Erf 210, Sandhurst, hereby give notice in terms of section 56 (1) (b) (i) of the Town-planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance 15 of 1986), that I have applied to the City of Johannesburg for the amendment of the town-planning scheme in operation known as the Sandton Town-planning Scheme, 1980, by the rezoning of the property described above, situated at 7 Federal Road, Sandhurst, from Business 4 to Business 4, subject to permit an increase in the Floor Area Ratio and Height.
