                                              SANDTON AMENDMENT SCHEME
              I, Mario Di Cicco, being the authorised agent of the owner of Portion 10 (a portion of Portion 5) of Erf 210, Sandhurst,
          hereby give notice in terms of section 56 (1) (b) (i) of the Town-planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance 15 of
          1986), that I have applied to the City of Johannesburg for the amendment of the town-planning scheme in operation known as
          the Sandton Town-planning Scheme, 1980, by the rezoning of the property described above, situated at 7 Federal Road,
          Sandhurst, from Business 4 to Business 4, subject to permit an increase in the Floor Area Ratio and Height.
              Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Executive Director:
          Development Planning, Johannesburg, 8th Floor, A Block, Metropolitan Centre, Braamfontein, 158 Loveday Street, for the
          period of 28 days from the 4 June 2014.
              Objections to or representations in respect of the application must be lodged with or made in writing in duplicate to the
          Executive Director, at the above address or at P.O. Box 30733, Braamfontein, 2017, within a period of 28 days from
          4 June 2014.

              Ek, Mario Di Cicco, synde die gemagtigde agent van die eienaar van die Gedeelte 10 (’n gedeelte van Gedeelte 5) van
          Erf 210, Sandhurst , gee hiermee ingevolge artikel 56 (1) (b) (i) van die Ordonnansie op Dorps beplanning en Dorpe, 1986
          (Ordonnansie 15 van 1986), kennis dat ek by die Stad van Johannesburg aansoek gedoen het om die wysiging van die dorps-
          beplanningskema  bekend as die Sandton-dorps-beplanningskema, 1980, deur die hersonering van die  eiendom hierbo beskryf,
          geleë is te Federalweg 7, Sandhurst, vanaf Besigheid 4 na Besigheid 4, onderworpe aan sekere voorwaardes ten einde die
          Vloeruimteverhouding en die Hoogte te vergroot.
              Besonderhede van die aansoek lê ter insae gedurende gewone kantoorure by die Uitvoerende Direkteur: Ontwikkelings-
          beplanning, Johannesburg,  8ste Verdieping, A-Blok, Metropolitaanse Sentrum, Braamfontein, Lovedaystraat 158, vir ’n tydperk
          van 28 dae vanaf 4 Junie 2014.
              Besware teen of vertoë ten opsigte van die aansoek moet binne ’n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 4 Junie 2014 skriftelik  en in
          duplikaat by die Uitvoerende Direkteur, by bovermelde adres of by Posbus 30733, Braamfontein, 2017, ingedien of gerig word.

                      THE TOWN-PLANNING AND TOWNSHIPS ORDINANCE, 1986 (ORDINANCE No. 15 OF 1986)
              I, Servaas van Breda Lombard, of the firm Breda Lombard Town Planners, being the authorised agent of the owner of Erf
          573, Hyde Park Extension 120, hereby give notice in terms of section 56 (1) (b) (i) of the  Town-planning and  Townships
          Ordinance, 1986, that I have applied to the City of Johannesburg for the amendment of the town-planning scheme known as
          the Sandton Town-planning Scheme, 1980, for the rezoning of the property described above, situated at 56 First Road, Hyde
          Park Extension 120, from: Residential 2 to: Residential 2 (with amended conditions).
