                                              TSHWANE AMENDMENT SCHEME
              I, Bertus van Tonder of the firm Plan Associates Town and Regional Planners Inc., being the authorised agent of the owner
          of Erf 518, Groenkloof, hereby give notice in terms of section 56 (1) (b) (i) of the Town-planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986
          (Ordinance 15 of 1986), that I have applied to the City of Tshwane for the amendment of the Tshwane Town-planning Scheme,
          2008, by the rezoning of the property described above, situated at 95 George Storrar Drive, Groenkloof, from “Special
          Residential” (proposed Erf 2/518) and “Special for the purposes of a Guest House or a dwelling house” (proposed Erf R/518)
          to “Residential 1 (proposed Erf 2/518) and Special for the purposes of a Guest House or a dwelling House (proposed Erf R/518)”
          subject to the conditions as set out in the Annexure T.
              Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of: The Strategic Executive
          Director: City Planning and Development, Pretoria Office, Room 334, Third Floor, Munitoria, c/o Madiba and Lilian Ngoyi Streets,
          Pretoria, for a period of 28 days from 4 June 2014 (the date of first publication of this notice).
              Objections to or representations in respect of the application must be lodged with or made in writing to above or be

          die eienaar van Erf 518, Groenkloof, gee hiermee ingevolge artikel 56 (1) (b) (i) van die Ordonnansie op Dorpsbeplanning en
          Dorpe, 1986 (Ordonnansie 15 van 1986), kennis dat ek by die Stad Tshwane aansoek gedoen het om die wysiging van die
          Tshwane-dorpsbeplanningskema,  2008, in werking deur die hersonering van die eiendom hierbo beskryf, geleë te George
          Storrarrylaan 95, Groenkloof, van “Spesiale Woon” (voorgestelde Erf 2/518) en “Spesiaal” vir die doeleindes van ’n gastehuis
          of ’n woonhuis (voorgestelde Erf R/518) na “Residensieel 1” (voorgestelde Erf 2/518) en “Spesiaal” vir die doeleindes van ’n
          gastehuis of ’n woonhuis (voorgestelde Erf R/518), onderworpe aan die voorwaardes soos uiteengesit in die Bylae T.
              Besonderhede van die aansoek lê ter insae gedurende gewone kantoorure by die kantoor van: Die Strategiese Uitvoerende
          Direkteur: Stadsbeplanning en Ontwikkeling, Pretoria Kantoor, Kamer 334, Derde Vloer, Munitoria, h/v  Madiba- en Lilian

              I, Gerrit Hendrik de Graaff of Developlan Town and Regional Planners, being the authorized agent of the registered owner
          of the Remaining Extent of Erf 431, Hatfield, hereby give notice in terms of section 56 (1) (b) (i) of the Town-planning and
          Townships Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance 15 of 1986), that we have applied to the City of Tshwane, for the amendment of the
          Tshwane Town-planning Scheme, 2008, in operation by the rezoning of the above-mentioned erf, situated at 1296 Burnette
          Street, Hatfield, from “Residential 1” to “Special” for living units and one caretaker’s flat at a density of 80 living-units per hectare
          subject to certain conditions.
